The following thread are running hot for SINP in forum

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/snip-program-changes-t174616.0.html

If you intend to work in an occupation that requires licensing or certification in Saskatchewan, you must contact the provincial, national and/or industrial regulatory association before applying for nomination to verify that you will be licensed. Before nomination, the SINP will contact the appropriate regulatory body to ensure it has no objections to SINP nomination.

Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body will be required as part of the SINP application.

Hello admin,
I have some confusion about my request letter, please review below details. Do i need to send photos too or just passport is fine? Some people said they have sent their photos. Please guide me.

RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee FOR YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE This must be received at this office by: 01/08/2014

Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document FOR ALL AFRER ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MET This must be received at this office by: 01/08/2014

If your doctor is not emedical enabled then you will have to take pictures for him, when you get the medical forms it will tell you theses details, the VO only needs passports.

Question about Passport expiration and VISA

I have a quick question folks..I am sure its answered somewhere but cant find it...

I received passport request yesterday.....we did medicals on December 10th..... My wife's passport expires in August 2013...

My question is if we send our passport today ...what would be the expiry date of the visas issues? Would it be August 2013 we my wife's pp expires then? Or would it be 1 year from today?

Any help appreciated....

Thanks

Did you mean 2014, or has her pp already expired? If you meant 2014 then you will have until then, unless you renewed your passport and sent a new one in. If you meant 2013 then renew the passport right away!

Dear seniors, my wife has renewed her passport but her previous passport will expire in May 2014. when VISA office will ask for passport i will send both old and new or only new one ?
please guide

Visiting the forum after almost two weeks. I am just being relocated to United States by my current employer on HIB. I can see lot of new members joining in. Well, a warm welcome to all new comers and congratulations to every one for getting their MR and/or visa.

I know the discussion has already happened on this forum but if someone can just direct me to the page where it was discussed about how to send passport to NDVO for stamping ( I mean what are the legal ways to do it) since I choose NDVO as my visa office while sending the application to CIO, Nova scotia. My main worry is if I send my passport to NDVO is it legal to stay in United States without original passport. I will be in US for around 7 to 8 months and my wife and kid are back in India.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Dear forum members, if anyone could help me with the above quote.. thanks..

Since your wife has renewed her passport, the old one is no longer valid even if the expiry date on it is May 2014. So, you have to send both old and new passports to the visa office when they request for it.

I think visa will expire after 12 months regardless of passport expiry. in other words, expired passport does not cancel stamped visa but you will have to show a valid new passport as travel document and old passport for visa verification

I can understand your feelings but the applicants has no other option than to wait and hope for the best.
