Congratulations for good news and wish you belated happy birthday.
thank you my friend....

@ sharmausct - I can understand your excitement but you must contain yourself, calm down and not panic. You have ample to time to respond to NDVO and ppl here will get your quesries sorted out to the last of minute details.

1. This has already been answered. Read my earlier post.

2. I suggest getting a new PCC for both of you afresh. If I were you I wouldn't take chances. Indian PCCs do not have fingerprinting; just photographs.

3. You have already received the email for PP submission; point no. 5 in your email so there will be no separate email.

4. Send a single package which comprise of all the requested documents to Chanakyapuri address. Yes, the address that you mentioned is right.

5. You can opt for services of VFS or chose to use a courier of your preference. Scroll back a few pages and read sinestra's post on VFS. That will give you some insight on the services of VFS. For me, I chose DTDC.

Apply for PCC and get your medicals done first then we will guide you further on how to send docs. But your first priority is PCC and medicals.

There is another row added in my ECAS status at the feild of applicant name and Permanent Residence Application Status in the first row the status is inprogress while in second row name is same that is mine as written in first row while status row is empty ....what this couls be??

PCC is country-wide and address on passport won't matter. Passport is a central govt's document and not state govt's, anyway. Is she staying with you in Delhi in the last six months? If yes, then you get your PCC from the nearest police station in your area.
If you stayed in any other country(ies) for more than 6 months since the age of 18 yrs then you need to provide PCC from that(ose) country(ies) as well.

I would plan it this way !
Since everything now depends on medicals (rest things can be managed quickly), u'll have to speak to the office of the DMP about the condition and determine if the x-ray could be done now or not.
If medicals could be done now, get them done and you can apply for PCC in parallel. Rest all is easy.
If medicals could NOT be done now and that you'll have to wait until June-14, PCC should be postponed until same time in 2014.

In the latter case, you'll have to ask for formal extension with the NDVO. You'll be required to send a letter, quoting your Application # and your personal details, explaining in brief why you would not be able to complete medicals now and that you need extension until this time of 2014. You'll also be required to attach doctor's test report which confirms she is pregnant is expecting xx date in June'14.

I've never come across such a case in my experience but conscience tells me this.

# A first hand insight into such matter is most welcome.

Hi Friends,

Using my UCI number which I received over the phone call to CIC, I was able to login to ECAS and check the status of my application. The page gives details like my name and Address, and a box below states INPROCESS. When I click INPROCESS, it states that "We received your application on September 26, 2013". My CC was charged on Dec 4 2013, but I havent received any PER mail yet??

Can the experts please advise what does it mean???
