and adding to this.... those wo are presently not working, what bout them... this BC mite cause issue with their file...
also in a situation wer a organisation does not exist anymore... hw will NDVO be able to perform BC?
atleast these ppl shud inform applicants well in adv.

Guys check clause number 12.4 of the pdf file linke below...

:o :o :o :o :o :o :o

Big question is what are the chances of verification happening after PP request Huh? :-\ :-\ :-\ :-X :-X :-X :-[ :-[

Same document say's in Clause 13 which states Procedure: Determining admissibility
after the Background verification,

"Once the processing office has determined that an applicant is a member of the Federal Skilled
Worker Class pursuant to R75, the principal applicant and their family members, whether
accompanying or not, must complete medical examinations if required, and pass criminal and
security checks."

I think who all received the PCC and PP and RPRF request will not have Background verification.

kindly refer point 13 on page 29...it clearly states that medical requests will be sent only after the applicant has been found to be admissible to canada...means only after the application has been approved then mr's are sent....

Seniors and Admins - islandbabe, amit, radwah, abu hassan, etc etc

I am trying to apply for the SINP program and there they have asked for a 'SETTLEMENT PLAN'. Now I have got a link and have prepared and have got a pdf for the same. However the same seems very very generic and I am unsure as to whether the same is correct or not. I have to submit the same by 2nd of Jan 2014 and that is the date when SINP is going to open with their new changes. If you know anything about the same can you please help.

Please consider request as urgent as lots of other members are also desperate to get into SINP as their applications have been returned due to cap filled here

ANYONE. Please consider my request as this is also equally important for me like your back ground visit (physical)

Dear friends,

I know, it is not related with this thread but here are some friends who know better than any immigration lawyer all about this immigration process.

Can anybody tell me about Saskatchewan Nomination programme which is going to be started from Jan. 2, 2014.
Is there any caps/quotas on nos. of applications?
What are the pros and cones of this province nomination programme?
Some of my friends are keenly interested about it.

Only 250 Applications to be accepted
Same set of documentation to be scanned and uploaded online
Forms and other details not yet available
Pros - Another avenue opens up for all the failed applications here.
Cons - the usual. Have to land there and stay for 2 years

It was very difficult to understand what you are trying to say with SMS language. No hard feelings but it is really very annoying.

Dear All,

I am an FSW Applicant. I applied in October 2011, got an interview Call at NEW DELHI VO on March 18 , 2013. Interview went for around 3 hours. Category was Insurance.

Now since 17th Dec 2013, the status is being shown DECISION MADE. I have not got any MR or PPR till now. Kindly suggest what could be interpreted. Thanks in Advance.
