I have sent my Passport to NDVO from China...and its pretty dangerous to be without passport in China...Will NDVO consider that the passport holder dooesnot reside in the country of his/her own. How can I request to NDVO to speed up visa stamping so that I can get my passport back soon...I am terrified to take long journeys within the place I reside(in China)..

its for proof of relationship since my aunt is in Canada and she is my fathers sister, they denied my application because i forgot to include my fathers birth certificate. right now im reapplying maybe this Friday i will send my application, can i still reach the cap for noc 3211? but i didn't receive yet my returned documents,what should i do i really nedd your help here. thank you

Does nt really matter if u have a travel history..infact the more i travel, the easier it is for immigration authorities to track ur history...It is difficuly for them to do the security checks for someone who has no travel history i.e. in india...asking local police stations etc....I have lived in USA for 2 years...Both USA and Canada seem to have the same database when it comes to security...they can easily track each other's...but still I have not heard anything...I am guessing probably the VO who has been alloted the MAY files is on leave....But its just a hunch....

My question ...is it mandatory to send old passports as well. I thought only recent one is enough.

My consultant was very specific about sending old passports.
I am not sure about it though, but since you are reporting your travel history while applying, I believe passport entries will only back your claims.

Glad to find you. Atleast there is one who is in a similar state as mine. I have sent you pm . please see. How did you manage to send the PP to NDVO from China please enlighten there would be many more in such situation who have still not surfaced. It would be of great help for people like you and me .

Thanks for the detailed information sinestra.

Surprisingly, they are of no use while they still rely on external courier services @ inflated charges. Ability for someone else to collect passports doesn't weighs in much.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm may13th applicant and ECAS status "Started processing Application on Oct 20". Till now no mail

A very strange thing happened today. I just left office and I got a call from my reception saying somebody from the Canadian High Commission was there to meet me for some Q&A. I spoke to them on phone, she said she was Shwetha along with her colleague. I offered to come back but they said it was ok and that they were returning back to Delhi today. She said she would get in touch with me later.

Could anybody tell me what this could mean? I am really worried and feel like kicking myself for having left. Could this mean more delay in getting MR. My AOR was received in July.

It doesn't matter how many cities you moved....,
PCC is nationwide valid.......If you can get it from one city......
Secondly........ Wait until you get request from VO

Hello friends, I need urgent help! my indian passport has been issued from London and my present address is not under the jurisdiction of that office. I cant not upload my form for pcc . I am so tensed, as i have to submit pcc before 2nd feb 2014. any suggestion seniors? would be so thankful for help.
