Usually 3rd parties do it. But till now no one in the forum reported any background check. They might check only if they find your documents suspicious.

Yes, it is true that CIO is working on late October applications. You may have to wait for couple of weeks to hear good news from CIO.

I have an very important info to be shared to all of the members. Yesterday I shared this to the watsup group. Members from NDVO came to my husband's office (who is the main applicant) for personal visit and had spoke to his boss who was the reference person and also one on one with my husband for about half an hour.

Just keeping fingers crossed and hoping for the best...Rest left to God!!!

No it was not from third party. They were from NDVO office itself. 2 were foreigner guys and 1 indian girl. They came around 8:30 pm last night

I checked my email today, but my consultant got it yesterday eve. and he forwarded the mail , but did not inform us! so , actually yesterday!
