Finally after more than 2 month after CC charged ,we have got an Email from CIC that says we had obtained insufficient points!
It said that our job experience was not approved because main duties were not provided in the employer letters or documentation.
we haven't got our package back yet!

Dose anybody know that 2014 this program is going to be continued? and new NOC will be introduce or not? I know about new system which is
going to be settled in 2015 but what about next year?

Hi ez2remember , plz share the email from CIC after hiding personal details . It will be helpful for many people and even you can get better advice .

Hi Guys, I'm back after spending a break at the foothill of Himalayas. And I see and feel the wave of happiness already running through, although some of you deserving fellas still wait for their MR email. You'll get your good news soon.

Some update to share;
Did my medicals on 5-Dec before moving out of station on 6-Dec.
6-Dec arrived in Dehradoon at 11:50. 11:44 got the news of birth of a baby girl (second child) to my sister in Delhi.
Now busy completing rest of the formalities as requested by CHC, ND. Hopefully, will complete all documentation by coming Saturday.

I'm so happy after all this. Wish all of you best-ests of luck !!

I am under 1112 category and my application recieved on 21st Aug 2013 ,but till date I have not recieved any communication nor my
submitted DD got encashed.

Pl guide Is there any hope for my application.???

If you view the spread sheet you will see the last time they charged someone for NOC 1112.

Hi all,

My application under NOC 0211 was received on 30 August 13. I have not heard anything from them yet.
Checked with the bank and my DD was not cleared up until 3/12/13.

Its been nearly 4 months no update, no idea where my application is.. worried ??? ???

Can anyone suggest any email id and number I can contact and ask them whats up with my app?? Thanks

Your application will be returned. That CAP has been filled with applications up till July 22, 2013.

hi guys i need some insights. Sad. i submitted my documents last august and was received by CIO at the same month after 2 months i followed up my application in my dismay CIO emailed me stated "no records of application found" i emailed them the tracking number got response last nov.27 stating that my documents has been received and awaiting for initial processing, my question is that will i need to wait for another 2 months for any response or PER? will they reconsider my application? because it was their negligence, as of now my CAP is filled already.. need insights on this... thanks guys..

That is just the standard reply you get when they haven't started processing your application as yet. Based on your details, NOC 1112 has been full from Applications submitted by May 27, 2013. So based on that your application will be returned.
