Assuming FSW 2014 opens up with a NOC category of my specialisation, can I use the same package with all the notarised documents, university sealed transcripts, etc. Why I am asking this ios because all the notarisation and package readiness was done in May 2013. Hence am not sure if this can be used after a year (2014). Please advise

why not????educational assessment is valid for 5 yrs...ielts is valid fr 2 yrs i think....only u will have to re-notarize the copies....else the same package can be used...

Hi,
Can u guide me how to get GCMS notes......

I received the GCMS Notes today.
45 pages. lots of confusing details.

It seems that my file was transferred and received in LVO on 19/08.
I can figure some medical due dates on second of September! but status is "Not Started"
Eligibility Selection which i guess the completion of process due date is exactly after 1 year of PER.

Finally after more than 2 month after CC charged ,we have got an Email from CIC that says we had obtained insufficient points!
It said that our job experience was not approved because main duties were not provided in the employer letters or documentation.
we haven't got our package back yet!

Dose anybody know that 2014 this program is going to be continued? and new NOC will be introduce or not? I know about new system which is
going to be settled in 2015 but what about next year?

I am quite worried about my application after this.
Please provide some guidance and help.

I have worked for a Germany based MNC in India. the company HR and my direct supervisor refused to provide anything other than relieving letter.

I require a job duties letter from them so that I can send it now to be attached with my application or when required.
I want to know if there is a legal recourse available. please suggest some good lawyers or consultant who can be of help.

that was 02/09/2013 and surprisingly no due dates between this date and 08/08/2014.
I've submitted PCC with the application initially and resubmitted another fresh PCC after one month of PER

yes i would love to know that too...i mean any update on the file should be recorded...maybe soundless needs to understand the gcms notes...i remember it was very complicated for me initially to read my gcms....

i saw medical, criminality and security check due dates to be same...so can we assume MR+RPRF+PPR request together like NDVO ?
