But I have a query ...I am in China from September. How can I send my passport to India from China?? Do the courier company allows to send my passport to India from China?? As my passport is the only identity for me in China, How can I send my passport to India...I am very confused.. Please anyone suggest me...??

congrats dear....for getting MR and PPR....its really tough to send Passport to India.....as per Indian custom rule....they will not allow to Courier it.....bad rules sucks....I am also suffering due to such rule...

Maina,

I am not quite sure but VFS will not accept your passport or Packet. I may be wrong coz I have never tried it. Worth a try though.
I have always couriered it and it reached their office the next day .

DD can me made in INR or CD whichever is easier for you. and dont forget to collect the receipt of the medical and also post the same in the packet.

My hunch says am getting MR this Monday ( my wedding anniversary) or before 21 st dec-my son's bday 8)... Need to keep up the hope during this patternless MR issuing period.Else might get sick by the time medical tests need to be done :'(

As per your email NDVO is asking to provide PCC for each country where stay is greater than 6 months.

Does this means 6 months consecutive stay or 6 months in total?
Please share your views?
