Hello Seniors! Just received the mail below from cic. My spouse would be in accra on Sunday 08/09/2013 to attend a 3-day conference. Is their anything that could be done while in accra?

Ah if the physician allow us to proceed with CXR then we shall proceed with that ..... any way it would take some time.
Medical will only be release after submitting the PCC...

Is it so.... " Medical will only be released after submitting PCC??? although I have PCC, I was thinking that once the medicals are done and uploaded, I shall send the PCC< RPRF and passports together in one envelope... Can anyone enlighten please

* Received Cover letter requesting all docs.
- Medical
- RPRF
- US PCC for spouse
- Passport
* Received Medical Instructions and Forms for each member of family as individual email.

Also like to thank all forum admins, members for their invaluable support.

Admins please update both Global and NDVO sheet.

not sure on the medical reciepts as still haven't gone for meds... is it so that they give you medical test copies... or is it reciepts of the payments made at the med center u are referring to.

Guys a quick snap short –
I don’t have any extensive travel history I just travelled to Mauritius n Singapore for holidays for 7 days. Though my wife traveled to U.K. but that too only for 20 days, plus travelled to Mauritius n Singapore for 7 days.
Total work experience of 5 years and 9 months in 3 different companies ( all from top Multinational banks ) Provided reference letters from the reporting managers on company’s letter head with their business cards. Along with contract letters, increment and promotion letters, bonus letters, relieving letters, experience letters, salary slips (6 months for each company), on the job - training certificates and ITR.
Submitted original police verification certificate (of me n my wife dated 5th may 2013) from the local police station duly signed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police .

As I have received all the three request in one e-mail i.e. Medicals, RPRF and Passports.
But still not received the forms?? As they have mentioned they will e-mail them in the separate mail within 24-48 hours... but what is the expected time ...? When I’ll receive them..?

Hi Admins,

Please update my details. I guess this is it!!!!!!! I just received our passports back from CPP-O, see details below. There is one twist though, they did not put a stamp on our daughter's passport. Not sure if it is because she is a US citizen. Any idea? I will also send inquiry to CPP-O about it. Good luck to everyone that are still waiting!

Visa Received Date: 12/5/2013
Visa Expiry Date: 12/10/2014

Here is my more detailed timeline since MR. Hope this helps!
10/04/2013 - Received Med Request
10/11/2013 - Went to the doctor to do the medical
10/16/2013 - Doctor sent results to CIC electronically
10/22/2013 - Police clearance received by CPP-O as per courier tracking system. I also emailed the proof of funds on this day
10/29/2013 - Received passport request
11/06/2013 - Sent passports to CPP-O
11/07/2013 - Passports received by CPP-O
12/02/2013 (06:27 PM) - Xpresspost tracking got activated
12/05/2013 - Passports received

Really pleased it has worked for you. I'm sure the passport thing will be because she has right of entry already due to being a US citizen. I know that you don't need a passport stamp when you're from a Visa Waiver country, so I guess this is similar.
LVO hasn't begun FSWP2013 yet, but I hope to follow you soon!

Congrats also to all the NVDO folks making such progress at the moment.

Few details which I had missed earlier:
I have to submit all documents by 01/20/2014 (Date format is MM/DD/YYYY)
Have been invited for CIIP program and sent brochure about CIIP and Invitation letter
