Have you received any seperate email form NDVO with Medical forms, or did they specify anything like medical forms on the body of the mail?

I filed my application under Engineering Managers Quota and my application reached Nova Scotia office on August 28th. Its been 3 months now and i have not heard anything from canada. i am also aware that the quota has reached and by the timelines of my submission i dont think i made it in the quota. Do you if there is anyways I can contact someone and find out ?

Also, is there any outside chance that the delay might be because there might still be possibility to be considered and that is why I havent heard from them?

For the GOD of grace, Just 5 minutes back I have received an email from DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca and they have asked for the following doucments

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration
medical examination For all This must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014

> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period
has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance
certificate For you and your spouse This must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014

> RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee For YOU ONLY. This
must be received at this office by: 01/17/2014

> Funds, proof: Proof of funds EVIDENCE OF FUNDS EQUIVALENT TO
CANADIAN DOLLARS 17011. JOINT FUNDS WITH PARENTS/SIBLINGS, LIC
POLICIES AND VALUE OF JEWELLERY ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. This must be
received at this office by: 01/17/2014

> Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document AFTER
ALL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET. This must be received at this office by:

Congratulations @ ITguy. After reading through your post my only point of worry is now the proof of funds coz they are asking to show at least 10 lacs in reserve. I'll have to start collecting more money by the time I get my request for the same.

You can show deposits from savings accounts, Provident Fund, Recurring deposits and Fixed deposits as they are quick disposable assets. I do not think property evaluation will work as anyway you do not own it exclusively. You can however show funds from joint account with your spouse as she'll have to accompany you to Canada now or ever.

Take a second opinion though.

Q. How can I know the status of my application?
A. In reality you can’t. But if you have sent your application 8 ~ 10 weeks ago, then you can email at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca to get the status of your application. You will have to send them your Last name, First name, Date of Birth, Country of Birth in order to get the notification. You will receive a reply by email within 20 working days.
