In the spreadsheet you shared a while ago, it mentioned Selection Decision as 1702 and 9177 is listed under Final Decision. What is your interpretation of these numbers?

However, I am not sure how NDVO works, as I am 8th May applicant & there is no change in status nor ECAS status has changed... Forget about FIFO, no other logic is applicable here.. :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

Happy to share with you ... as per my consultant I got my MR today .....in ECAS second line is added . We have started processing your application ........ i have checked it ......

as per my interpretation selection decision means person pending with MR and final decision are person sent MR and pending for visa stamp, but need to confirm these terminilogy.

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

No it is not taking 2-3 months to receive MR. Plz chk robs details. He got it in 48 days. So I think anywhere after 1.5 months we can count on. This is as per my calculation.
