Hi Senior's,
My file has been received on 19th of Aug. in 3142 category. And on 15th of Nov. NOC 3142 had reached from 208 to 247. I am totally clueless whether my file has been approved or not. Even, from bank side it is taking time to clarify whether DD is cleared or not?

Pl. suggest what to do?

Hi,
I got my PER on 9th Sep & AOR from NDVO on 26 Oct.
They have written average processing time of 10 months and also written that you contact the office directly if you dont hear anything from them in 6 month after you submit your full application.
My query is that from when should we count 6 month and what does it mean by full application.

Dear Admins

I got my Medical request 5 days ago (11/13/2013). Please update my status.

Best wishes to others who are waiting for good news.

Thanks,

adam

Congrats Adam !

Which Visa Office, NOC, App received date ?

It means that they have considered your application as complete, if you are confident about your points to be equal or more than 67, you will getting your PER very soon.

CIC has increased to 22 months in process time...
Will it make difference to FSW3 applicant (NDVO) ?

New for applicants for Philippines:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) announced today that it will offer priority processing of immigration applications from individuals who have been ‘significantly affected’ by Typhoon Haiyan.
“Canadians are deeply saddened by the devastating impact Tyhpoon Haiyan has had on the Philippine people,” said Citizenship and Immigration Minister Chris Alexander. “Our government will continue to take action to support those impacted by the storm and we will work with our partners to ensure that support is provided to those who are significantly affected by this tragic event.”

Applicants living outside of Canada, who can demonstrate that they have been ‘significantly and personally affected by the typhoon’ may alert the Canadian Visa Office in Manila at manila-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. The Manila Visa Office, as well as the Manila and Cebu Visa Application Centers, remain open and fully functional.

In addition, Filipino citizens who are currently in Canada temporarily may apply to extend their stays. CIC has promised that these extensions will be processed in a ‘compassionate and flexible manner’. Applicants in Canada wishing to declare their applications as a priority should email situation-philippines@cic.gc.ca or call CIC’s dedicated hotline at 1-888-242-2100.

Applicants who have applied online are encouraged to include important information in their email such as their name, date of birth, and client ID number, which can be found on any official correspondence with CIC.

Thanks for the advice sinestra...

Another advice for all applicants with kids... Get your child's immunization records in place. Your child's hospital should have it. Just ensure the dates are clearly mentioned. Example 19th November 2006 so and so vaccine was given.

This document is requested by most schools there.
