30-May as per the SS.

Post 30-May Applicants in NOC 2174 failed to make it into the cap.

But, I am quite surprised that non of them (3 who have received MR) had given their further responses on this forum after notifying their MR. This is creating some kind of suspicion on my mind, have they genuinely received MR or just making fun out of it.
BTW, I will not run away like them, if I could get MR and promise you to keep you updated about every development I will have.

Maybe NDVO told them that if you post any further on Canada Visa forum then we wont give u PR.

Yes definitely seems some kinda joke....

Guys its human tendency. Till getting MR there was no guarantee that they would get their VISA. Now it is 99.9% confirmed that they would get it and the need for frequent communication may be less. And their enthusiasm must have reduced. Not everyone thinks the same way. Hopefully one more person gets the MR then we can be relaxed. Either ways we all have to get MR one day...so lets be positive.

i got an e-mail from NDVO yesterday. I was hesitating to share it because I thought, it has no worth at all. But now I realized there could be some meaning of it and dear forum members can draw some conclusion out of it. So, I am sharing it for all of you.

Content of the mail is like this...

"Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

We have received the requested information/documents and your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer.

At this point there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly."

I had inquired NDVO on August 13th which was before receiving my AOR and I got my AOR on Septmber 5.

I doubt is whether this mail is just a reply of my inquiry or it signifies something more. Since I got it yesterday, and our application is awaiting review by a visa officer, then MR is not near to us. Can I conclude on that note or any other opinions you people have, please share.

ALHAMDULILLAH, my CC is charged about 3 hours ago, many many thanks to ALMIGHTY ALLAH.

From no where, I am into the race again ;D ;D ;D. Yesterday 2132 CAP was filled but today my CC is charged, WOWWWWW. My application reached on Aug 7th at CIO. Now my finger are crossed for PER. May ALLAH help me to get this too.

But CIC site mentioned the cap for NOC : 2174 was reached on 26-Aug-2013. and in the same site they mentioned that site is refreshed atleast once in a week.

I'm making a guess that your enquiry was in queue since August2013, now that your enquiry got picked by NDVO guys.. they have told u the latest status abt ur file because emailing process takes only few secs/mins to be delivered... I might be wrong.. But situation does not seems good at the moment for all of us .. Looks like the long wait is on the cards now...
