Today, just an hour ago i had received the letter from New Delhi Visa Office. When I opened the letter it stated that I need to submit my Medicals,PCC.

I guess that it is excitement & relief that the floodgates are now opening. Only the ones who have banked a lot on this as a critical turning phase in their lives would understand the joy pouring out of those messages.
So a little delirious flood of messages are in order I guess.

Why lots of confusions concerning LUCKYSHYAMA's MR. I think its time to issue MR as some other VOs already started stamping visa. I hope the news we got from SHYAMA is true and as we are in doubt she will back to forum and assure us.

My ECAS updated on Nov 8 or 9 (not sure), 2013 (How do I know this? I kept on checking it almost every day): We started processing your application on November 6, 2013. But I was waiting for email from CPP-O.

Application received by CIC: May 28, 2013
PER: Aug 16, 2013
Medical Request: Nov 13, 2013
Visa Office: CPP-O
NOC: 2131

No it is too early for anyone to apply for PCC. Considering the time it takes to get a PCC from Passport Seva Kendra, I think you should wait till few more MRs are issued.
