My ECAS updated on Nov 8 or 9 (not sure), 2013 (How do I know this? I kept on checking it almost every day): We started processing your application on November 6, 2013. But I was waiting for email from CPP-O.

I received the email this morning at 9:00ish (EDT) from CPP-O. I am happy to share this good news to all of you wonderful people on the forum.

I was waiting for FBI PCC: FBI received it on Sep 27, 2013 and my credit card was charged on Nov 12, 2013, so hope to receive my PCC soon.

Yes Kaska, you are correct.

I think the cap for that NOC was reached before then. Admins or anyone, can you please confirm?

Based on my observation, NOC 2174 was filled up sometime between the last week of May and first week of June, so if you application arrived in July, then there is no hope for this year.

My file was accepted on July 22, Can experts suggest if there is any hope?

I haven't received any notification from CIC or attorney whatsoever. Most recent update on my file is that I send out a request to CIC in NS to remove attorney from my file.

I am based in NJ, USA and no clue on if I was ever accepted. Can any one help?

Interestingly,the recent update did not really increase in terms of number.Infact,some NOCs did not change at all.This makes me to ask if they update before sending PER or after charging ,then update and then you have a PER.

From what we have observed,do we get more charges or PERs after cap updates or before capp updates?Is it after they are done with charging and PERs that they update so that they are sure of what they have done?

Can anyone guess there modus operandi?

Today, just an hour ago i had received the letter from New Delhi Visa Office. When I opened the letter it stated that I need to submit my Medicals,PCC.

I am so happy for you and all other NDVO forumites waiting for MR. But contrary to some opinion that your MR is due to some reason, I strongly believe that NDVO has fully started with FSW2013. and probably your case or case officer happen to be the fast one or one that got concluded and ready for MR. I do not believe its due to some canadian experience, points or others reasons like that. I think NDVO folks should all go get Macintosh in preparation for MR rain to follow so as not to catch cold.
I pray for same or even more soonest at LVO as well.

Why lots of confusions concerning LUCKYSHYAMA's MR. I think its time to issue MR as some other VOs already started stamping visa. I hope the news we got from SHYAMA is true and as we are in doubt she will back to forum and assure us.

I think this last update is just to show that no one else should send in application under NOC 2132 any longer as the cap is filled. Even those that did not make it to cap will obviously be sent back unless the minister increase the cap limit.
Secondly, they updated this because all the completion, eligibilty, minimum requirement, proof of fund and payment has been cashed/debited successful for all the applications under the cap. I am not sure however if all the PER has been sent yet. One other sure thing is that possibly on or before Friday, the real update that will indicate all NOC positions will be made.
