My guess is, its hard to follow FIFO rule during the visa office processing stage, as background and other securities check may varies from applicant to applicant.

But surely luckysharma is lucky to be getting the first MR.

Getting exciting for you NDVO guys! Hope more good news follows, and of course that LVO gives us some positive action.

Two thoughts -
1. If MR comes by mail, some will get before others even if dispatched at the same time, and
2. background, security etc checks will presumably take longer if you are older (more history, travel etc)

ps_gocan could be the company they are working for and the designation? Also maybe Luckysharma's papers were more clear? Nirmal is a Software developer wonder what is Luckysharma's field of work. Well both are NOC 2174 so its giving me a lot of positive vibes since i am NOC 2174 as well. I am a Web Developer by the way.

Guys actually XBOX7 and thecarbondioxide are the first ones to get MR and Luckysharma is the 3rd. But they got it in the first batch. I guess this is the 2nd batch of MR's hopefully.
