They are busy clearing the back logs.I am worried that they might have reached their targets for Year 2013. We have no choice but to wait patiently...

i have same concern, my kid's passport will be retired in Nov 14, do u think i should also renew his passport? but according to country regulation, the passport can only be renewed 6 months before it is expired. currently i only finished ME last saturday, so i do not know when i got visa the kid's passport still has 6 months validity or not.

If the country regulation does not allow renewal of PP any earlier than 6 months, then you have no option but to wait to fall in that window and then apply for renewal. I think the grave worry point would be for primary applicant than any of his/her dependents (I'm not saying it isn't important for them at all but less) so you should be fine for now. Regarding your kid, since you already did ME, you'll get visa stamped in another 2-4 weeks so your kid is way more that 6 months away from Nov'14. You can renew your kid's PP later on but that is not going to trouble you since you'd already be through with the entire process. So now, I believe, you gotta wait out.

My country allows me for renewal at least well up to 36 months before the date of expiry......and I just applied for renewal.

Any Idea from which email id would we receive the employment verification or will it be a physical verification??

My Suggestion is that , to get this info from which mail Id we would receive especially for NDVO and get white listed in the company you are working as the Spam filter can discard it thinking it as a Spam.

how can a person believe on assumption, if there is no link or other resource for sharing the CIC updates list ,so how the people are updating or communicating the list who has received PR etc,
