Hello Everyone,

My application was returned on 23 October due to CAP filled (NOC 0211). Can anyone tell me how long does it takes to get the application package back?

I will try my luck again next year.

Best of Luck to everyone who are still in queue.

It is sent by normal canadian post.. 3-4 weeks approximately. Good luck..:)

Hello Seniors,

I am thinking of applying for Australian PR as well. Is it possible to have 2 PR's at the same time?

Hey Vancouver14 there is no restriction on that. Australia is a different country.

You may find information about our processing times at this link: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/processing_times-durees_traitement.aspx. Please note that, if your file is being treated within the time frames listed on the website, we will be unable to respond further to your query.

Hi, I used to work in a company for more than 8 years, this company phased out four years ago.
If the embassy would do work experience verification (check), I'm afraid that it might find it difficult contacting them as they are no longer there.

Anyone had similar situation?

Please advise.
Well, I am even worse than u, two of my previous employers got merged and disappeared... I asked my previous boss who worked in another company now wrote reference letter for me in his company letter head and attach his name card. I write explanation letter and attach the information of merges quoted from wiki.
Now I get MR already.
So just do whatever u can.

I got a reply from CIO that my file has been returned as cap reached for NOC 0211. What is your NOC code?

Dear Newbie's, Cap Filled Applicants, Applicants who are expecting replies from CIC. Unless you send them an email, they are not going to respond to you. And if CAP Filles applicants are waiting for any response from CIC, just wait for the entire package to be returned and not any other communication from them unless you have sent them an email. A typical response from CIC takes 20 working days

Guys looks like NDVO is focussing on 2009-2012 applications as of now. Looks like they will clear the backlogs and then send our(FSW 2013) MR's.

Check this link maybe u will get some idea.

Received a mail from New Delhi visa office that they have received my application for processing. Is this AOR?

Dear Forum Members,

Any one on this forum, who has already received PER, has Birth Certificate with issue date much later than his/her birth date and CIO accepted that Birth Certificate, kindly let me know. For example, someone who got his/her Birth Certificate from issuing authority in his/her country at the age of 10, 15, 20 or even older age.
