Hi Everyo

I am new to this forum. My friend guided me to contact this forum, as I need some urgent help.

I applied under 3142 and received e-mail for submitting Medical and RPRF. The last date to pay the fees is Nov 10TH and to submit the medical report is Dec 10th.

I have paid the fees online and have also completed the medical in New York. Could anyone please answers 2 questions I have

1) Do I need to send the hard copy of the receipt as well? I have already sent the scanned copy of the receipt, along with the e-mail, which they sent me asking to pay the fees, as it was mentioned in the e-mail to attach the copy of e-mail as well.

2) My PHYSICIAN told me that they will report the medical examination results electronically, but he also gave me a paper which has a IME number and my photo on it, indicating what tests were done. He asked me to mail it to the visa office. Do I need to send the hard copy or I can scan it and e-mail it to them?

Please let me know about this, as I am running out of time. I will really appreciate your input on this.

Regards
GS

Hello;

I would suggest contacting your visa office to know whether you need to send them a hard copy of the documents that you are talking about.

In my case, the Paris visa office told me to send a scanned copy of RPRF payment received. I did not have to send any document regarding the medical examination.

I hope this information can be of any assistance for you

1. Sending scanned copy of RPRF by E mail is perfectly fine.
2. If your Doctor is CIC approved,(I hope you have chosen the one from the list at CIC web site) he knows what to do. Since you mentioned that the Doctor had sent the report electronically, he is E enabled. So submission of medical report has gone faster than by regular mail. CIC will not accept any medical report from you. Perhaps the hard copy you got from him is your personal copy.

Now you can expect to get a passport request from CPPO within two weeks.
Start collecting a prepaid canadian "XPressPost/USA" envelope for the return service and two copies of photos.

You may like to see the relevant posts on earlier pages to have an idea what to expect and what to do from CPPO applicants

Good luck.

vats i was not aware of such a thing as limit of PR's per annum! :O Anyways i feel since we applied in the opening month of the FSW2013, i feel we have a strong chance of getting our PR. But people who applied after May maybe in trouble. Sorry guys don't mean to scare anyone. :D
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/ips/economic.asp this is for 2013 so we can conclude that the intake is jan to dec
this even useful that even if we are not in 13000 of 2013 than we will surely be in 2014 quota of NDVO and again if we get MR in dec than defenitely we can get visa in 2014 only

Hi

Visited the page available with the link provided by you

As per the sheet, the LVO has issued a total of 14000 FSW visas upto sep 2013, so i think there is no cap of 13000

Thanks

Hi vats, what MLT3211 said is correct. They have mentioned the goal of NDVO for 2013 is to reach a target of 13,000 and not "cap".

Last Due Date means, the last time they have opened and checked my file & next due date if July 9th, 2014. I am not sure if it's the case finalizing date OR the date that they will re-open it and see what to do. We'll get a clear picture in next couple of months. Because if LVO does not start to send MR by Feb 2014, than it's definite that we are not going to land until Dec 2014 (to be earliest).

Honestly, I am disappointed too that they haven't touched or even worked on it apart from the info that I have sent. They did not even bothered to review the documents of relative that I have provided to link to him (Provided Government Generated Family Tree with proof).

I am planning to write to minister around Jan / Feb if LVO does not send us any kind of news by then and will definitely raise this issue. Other VO people including NDVO, SGVO, Kingston etc can write them too to make it sure that our procedure does not get *censored word*ed up like previous years.

HI can u please share, what is GCMS? & how to check the status that they open my file or not?

Hi, I am curious about this new development as my visa office is London. There should be 1 column- Applicant name and Permanent Residence Application Status (in process) and you have got 2 columns with the other column left blank and date modified showing 7th of November 2013. This is very interesting. London applicants, be on the alert!! My mind tells me that something big is about to happen---MR RAIN!!!!!!!
