I don't understand how did some people got MR if their VO has 18 or 21 month as a deadline for processing for FSW program ?

this is average processing time (80% of total applicant got visa) and that is also after june 2010 (ie MI1)
than after CIC has reduce no of applications (20000 for two year and 10000 for 1 year than no application during 2012 and now only 5000 application, all are globle applicaiton numbers so per VO it is much lesser)
so now the processing time purely depends upon backlog with perticular VO.

It is true that my application reached an hour earlier than you on Aug 7th and my mode of payment is CC which is not charged yet. It measns that there is some issue with my application. Your DD is encashed on 31-10-2013 which means that the completness check was already completed on that day. Logically, the completeness check of my application must also be completed on that day but I received an email reply from CIO on 06-11-2013 early morning that "Application receieved and awaiting initial processing. You will be contacted in due course".

This is really confusing for me that if my application is found to be complete, then CC must has been charged in order to start the eligibility check and I shouldn't receive "awaiting initial processing" reply. But if my application is not found to be complete, then why they replied me on 06-11-2013 that "Application receieved and awaiting initial processing. You will be contacted in due course".

Seniors please give your experienced analysis in my case.

Hey....Thanks buddy....!! I feel your CC was also charged, but your bank may not be updating you about it....You may also be receiving your PER....may be in some time....Keep checking your mail...Good Luck

its been a while since i posted.... been patiently waiting for any news from LVO...

insight from anyone when MR and request for other documents from LVO be released?
I've been thinking of moving my show money now to a deposit but I'm afraid that there will not be enough time for a 3 month period;
if they ask for a 3-6 month bank statement.

I am using this CC quite often. I get SMS within 10 seconds of each transaction even it is only USD 5. And if there is online/remote transaction happening on my CC, the bank would call me immediately to confirm and relaease the transaction. I didn't receieve any SMS or call from the Bank till now. I am also checking my CC's transactions online, no transaction from CIO found yet.

Therefore, I am quite sure that CIO didn't try to charge my CC at all and there is some issue with my application, could be long varification/eligibility checks.

I just made a telephone call to my Bank just to verify if they have decline this transaction but they confirmed that there is no such transaction request they receieved yet.

Hey samlap, congrats buddy! Its good to see NOC 2174's getting visa's. I guess u are the 2nd NOC 2174 to get PR. The first i think is "manilatocanada" and the visa office is CPPO. Damn NDVO is jus too slow no one got even MR so far. Wish my visa office was CPPO as well.

samlap just wanted to know where are u from? Also can u please mention your PER date for reference.
