Just an opinion... send them at HK VO an email with this aspect of your trip to Australia and ask them to consider sending back your passp. before leaving date...

Well, my fees got encased on 26.09.2013

I talked to the officer on 07.10.2013 to get to know this and my client number

Then on 10th October 2013, I wrote to CIC on their support email address about my fees deducted and file status. This email I got response on 30.10.2013 wherein they informed me my file number. I believe this is the first file number that is generated in Canada and that once we get file in NDVO they will issue calls for medical examination. Although this number I received, its not on a letter but in response to my email. I think I have to wait for their letter which will officiate my file number. Also, I believe the file number with Medical call is final, which I have not yet received (may be that will come from NDVO as per my understanding)

Do let me know if the file number so mentioned by them which is E+9digits is final number or will I get another new one also.

Yet to receive any official letter from CIC about my file status.

dear 0211 applicant, any update related to your application, Please share... CAP already reached but I did not receive any communication from CIC on PER/NER. I did mailed them twice but did not receive any reply from them.

Me neither. Looking at my reflection in the mirror I can see that I have rather athletic constitution, more like one of Schwarzenegger, with slightly overdeveloped waist muscles and a little bit less developed shoulders and biceps. But, hey, nobody is perfect and I am not going to compete for Mister Universe title this year.
We don't fit in their BMI metrics. So what? Neither does Arnold or any other athlete.
It is clear discrimination against us, overweight athlets, and our rights.
Next year they are going to discriminate shorties, then people with long hair or certain skin color?! We have to change that.
BMI must die.

What a great news for Aug 7th 2132 applicants. Congratulations buddy & wish you good luck for your future steps. I am really happy for you to make it in 300 CAP. I hope, remaining Aug 7th 2132 applicants will also make it.

It is true that my application reached an hour earlier than you on Aug 7th and my mode of payment is CC which is not charged yet. It measns that there is some issue with my application. Your DD is encashed on 31-10-2013 which means that the completness check was already completed on that day. Logically, the completeness check of my application must also be completed on that day but I received an email reply from CIO on 06-11-2013 early morning that "Application receieved and awaiting initial processing. You will be contacted in due course".

This is really confusing for me that if my application is found to be complete, then CC must has been charged in order to start the eligibility check and I shouldn't receive "awaiting initial processing" reply. But if my application is not found to be complete, then why they replied me on 06-11-2013 that "Application receieved and awaiting initial processing. You will be contacted in due course".

Seniors please give your experienced analysis in my case.
