There are Eight 2132 applicants registered in this forum with Aug 7th application reached date but no one claimed that he/she is charged. Its mean no more 2132 applicant is going to be charged now. CIO must have opened remaining 24 2132 applications & reviewing & finalizing them at the moment.

But hopes are still high unless I see 300 Cap limit reached for 2132 on CIC website.

now if you see current movement on MI1 ( in forum different thread) than hardly you will find applicant without MR. in last 2 month NDVO has send much amount of MR/PPR/DM to MI1 applicants. as per my observation of forum data I feel @ 150-200 cases should be left in MI1. even paritosh got visa yesterday and passport today (I just meet him today with his passport with maple leaf, as in same city)

as per Kenny's tweet MI1 is to be clear than MI8 (FSW2013) will be initiated. again in different visa office different or no pending cases of MI1 so different processing time and few visa also for other VO

so what I feel is MI1 must be cleared before nov 2013. again Dec 3rd is last date for student visa for jan 14 intake. so NDVO will be free for us in dec 2013. this is my personal view based upon data available and forum info.

so I hope we may see first MR form NDVO in nov end or dec first week

I agree to a great deal for awesome analysis done by Vats....even one of my friend has checked with a very famous consultancy in India and he got the info like most of the 2012 applicants are done with the MR requests and was also advised 2013 applicants will start getting MR's most probably by end of dec-2013 unless VO's party too much for new year. So lets hope for the best to get the MR's from some time on mid December or early. 8) 8) 8)

I think almost every overburdened visa office has increased the time. London VO also done the same.
Dont see any hope.

However, CPP-O also shows 25 months but they already stamped visa for FSWP 2013.
