For all those looking to shed weight in a short time.

LOSE 5 Kgs in a week

http://www.gmdietworks.com/general-motors-diet

Most types of the seven day diet have to start on Monday and accomplish it until Sunday. On Monday, consume all of the fruit you want with the exclusion of bananas. You can consume limitless quantities of vegetables or vegetable soup on Tuesday, but nothing else. On Wednesday, limitless quantities of fruits and vegetables are allowed, aside from bananas. Bananas and whole milk are on Thursday’s list. Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s set of choices is fixed; you can have four 3-oz. portions of beef, chicken or fish, accompanied by all of the green vegetables you like.

Hi Seniors,

In the birth certificate I submitted to CIC. The place of birth is different from the passport and birth certificate. Where as all the other details are same including date of birth, parents name etc. I submitted my documents via a qualified immigration lawyer. According to him there is no problem if the place of birth change in the birth certificate and passport. He said only date of birth matters for CIC. Today when I gone through the spreadsheet section of returned application. I saw the applications of many applicants were rejected due to minor errors like use of old schedule 3 form, error in filling forms etc.

I am really panic now. Please let me know whether any of you had the same or similar experience.

Thank you for the link, but this one for those in emergency, like "I have 1 week left before my medicals. Help!!! :o"
The only diet 100% guaranteed to lose weight is to consume less calories, then you use during the day.
All others are just different variations.

According to medical instructions, if your BMI (body mass index) exceeds certain amount then they will check your blood pressure also. That's it. Hopefully.

Hi
I am not at all fat, but quite stocky and muscular by nature like a speedy rugby player or sprinter. My BMI has been between 23 and 30 since I was a teen and then 25 - 30 for all my adult life. My blood pressure is genetically in the upper normal range and I am pretty fit and healthy, also vegetarian.
Should I be worried about the MR. It will be difficult to change my genetics in terms of bone size and muscle mass.
Can you advise?

As far as we know, Old Schedule 3 form is the biggest error in the in the eyes of CIC. But I believe, different place of birth may not result in rejection.
Keep your eyes peeled for PER. What NOC have you applied for? I couldn't find your info in this spreadsheet..
