;D No. I was going through those 35 pages of unlimited details to take out what is necessary to be posted. Sorry for the delay.

I am surprise that they have not even touched your application so whats there in those 35 pages and where your file has been transfered again and again. why dont they transfer it once to CPP-O if they can't handle

What my guess is, they have been transferred between Visa Officers, which transferred one to the other, the other one looked and said, humphh, and assigned it to next one, and the next one is finding the another Visa Officer to deal because they all are probably too busy to take care of their own sh1ts >:( >:(

hahahaha seriously, I was expecting something related to medical !!! at least security check should be in process. Can anyone search Alush ??? what happened with his application now ???

Hmm, to all Pakistani's (& I guess Indian & Bangladeshi too) that applied using PKR (INR etc). I sent my last statement in September in PKR (INR etc) figure, which LVO have converted themselves and it's in the notes. They have used elevated conversion rate. About PKR 103.04 (please check your currency rate) against 1 CAD. I remember it was around 101 in open market. Make sure you have sufficient funds available so that they do not piss you off later on.

RPRF is not an important thing. You can send RPRF along with Application fee to CIO when you apply and RPRF is refundable in case your case is rejected at Local Visa Office. They just asked him to pay. I bet if you send RPRF to LVO, they will add it to application BUT they might not cash unless then they think they should.

Well it is a complicated file for sure. 36 pages all CIC languages.
It gives all points calculation detail. overall score. number of outgoing letters to us. tht is ofcourse the PER via e-mail. its mentioned there.

it says that work reference letter has not been verified yet. it says education verified via WES and ielts also verified.
Medical not started yet. criminal records not started yet.
in a number of places of paper file history....the status says 'Open'

Last activity of 29-Aug is on Paper file history....

i see following created dates for paper file history:
- 07-Aug (thts my PER date)
- 12-Aug
-19-Aug
-29-Aug

between, in the above quote of Maria_sal she mentioned "in a number of places of paper file history....the status says 'Open' " what it is??? do you have these sort of status in your gcms notes ?

Yes. Open means that the file is still in process. Closed will mean if the process if finished / rejected & finalized.

Here's how files are transferred.

PER --- July 9th, 2013
Office: CIO

----
July 15th, 2013 (around after a week)
Location: In Transit
Office: CIO

---
July 22nd, 2013 (1 week after transit, 2 weeks after PER)
Location: Registry
Office: London

---
July 22nd, 2013 (1 hour after arrival)
Location: Screening
Office: London

---
July 29th, 2013
Location: PMxxxx Pxxxx Mxxxxxxx (I have removed information by using x)
Office: London

And since then, it's been going here & there between random people. Looks like no one interested.

+1 for this and for a triple one note... :)

So, there are 35 pages... and the final result is.. LVO haven't touched it :'(. Which means, 2013 is not their priority (at least 10 days before when GCMS notes were generated).

Here are other findings:
Ministerial Instructions: Met

Assessments:
Eligibility: Not Started - Looks like Local Visa Office haven't re-calculated points.
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Not Started

Last Due Date: 2013/09/28

Points:
Scored 67 >:(. Did not considered Adaptability points for Relative in Canada ( provided documented proof ) + haven't considered Academic IELTS of Spouse. Two Visa Officers assessed the application and both calculated 67 points.

Due Date: 2014/07/09 (My PER date in 2013)

Experience still need to be verified, that section is empty.
Selection, Security, Criminality, Background & Medicals are Pending.

Since arrival (2013/07/22) at LVO, file has been transferred 3 times from one location to another :-\

Anyway, all in all, nothing useful came out of it.

EDIT: I was not able to find Bring Forward Date, so I am considering Due Date is that date for now. Because if it's true, that means, I / We are not going to hear anything for 1 year from LVO. :-X

From what I have seen so far (including my own GCMS notes), CIO is satisfied when the pass mark (67 points) is met - they will not bother with additional points, and neither will the IO at the local Visa Office. So they usually go with the "easy" points first (i.e. age, IELTS, etc.).

I wish u happy ending and very good luck for your application. No issue even if they make it delay be positive. No worries if LVO making it delay I am feeling good by listening successful stories of CPPO and NDVO.

Well yes, that's true. I'll be happy with positive ending and in timely manner. Not planning to stuck in between for years though.

Sorry for interrupt. Brother dont know why all of u r surprised for not even touch the file. Im Mi-3 Sgvo applicant. When I applied they mentioned that processing time will be 6-12 months. But when I received GCMS on July-13 I saw there VO(SGVO) even touch my file for one time. We MI-3 under SGVO, 50% even received AOR. That means nothing else from VO.

But once SGVO touch my file it will take only 3-6 months to have visa. So Jigzy Bhai, dont be upset. Just wait. Due date carried no more meanings actually Thanks

Thank you for encouraging. You guys must have nerves of steal :) It's just temporary (pissing off). I actually knew what I am getting but, when you actually see, you get a little disappointed ;D

I am sure about this thing too, that WHENEVER they touch the file, the procedure will only be of 3 ~ 5 months maximum. We just don't know when they are going to touch :D lol
