Dear All,

thanks a lot for your informative reply.
I understand the important role of a consultant in organizing a successful file but I took my chances and applied again without one.
my last application was deemed incomplete because of experience mismatch so I PRESUMED that all other documents are complete.
So what I did is that I adjusted the experience paper with my employer and applied again.
Hopefully this will cover it and my application is complete.
FINGERS CROSSED and praying that the third is the charm

Hey forum members, Hope you all receive reply from the various visa office or CIC. Do anyone of you know how long it takes a bank draft/manager's cheque to be cashed in Canada? haven't received any reply yet. Also, what is the number for the CIC office? would like to call.

Hope to have an urgent response.

so , we got medicals from VO Bucharest, to be done in 60days and that is all (no pcc or something else)

Cool. Visa Offices are now picking up paces. Great (I hope LVO considers itself as Visa Office instead of a territory of its own :-\)

hey buddy, sorry I am so silent lately, I am extremelly busy with many projects and personal stuff... however I will try to post any kind of updates in the forum.
I just can't keep up the pace of what's happening here (1 page per 2 minutes or so)... please let me know if I'm missing anything important by PM.

I know that there is still no trend and with the Minister stating that this year's process will be finished within a year,how long do you people think will the actual process take ending when at the latest.I am asking because many VOs have started MR and visa issues but there is no news from VOs like Singapore.Any input will be appreciated.Thanks.

There is still plenty of time to get Medicals & Visa Issued and it can be done within next 6 months maximum. It will take hardly 2 months after CIC receives our medical results till visa. So for now, SGVO, NDVO & LVO still have 2 ~ 3 months spare for each case to remain within the time frame provided by the Minister.

Cool. Visa Offices are now picking up paces. Great (I hope LVO considers itself as Visa Office instead of a territory of its own :-\)

LVO is infact covering lot of countries....Canadian Govt should actually think now to distribute LVO back to the actual gepgraphical embassies and consulates to make the process easier for themselves and for applicants...

Even lot of 2010 and 2011 cases were shifted to Paris VO due to workload situation and Paris office acted very quickly on those cases...
