Which immigration system is EASIER to be qualified under: EOI or present system? I know that EOI will has shorter timing and probably more convenient form of applying. But what I am asking is if participating in EOI will be easier way to get PR for any average person..??

I don't think so. You can wait for 3 years in the pool to be picked, then instead kicked out of the pool for good. I think there will be a lot of fake companies, who will sell PR selection from the pool (fake employment) for money. This will be a perfect chance for corruption.

Current system favor those applicants who can pass 67 marks. So even if your credentials are not enough to score a direct job in Canada, you are still eligible under the rule, which usually ruins dreams for many when they land in Canada. Secondly, CIO has to manually go through everyone, because they have to calculate points with evidences that are provided. A lot of burden & paper work which will be reduced with EOI.

EOI will favor those who scores higher numbers. 75 could be the magical number people need to score to be considered for EOI (though 67 would be eligible but may not get offer to apply due to his profile). So, in short, the better your profile is, like Masters, 5+ years of experience, young in age & having spouse IELTS will favor you a lot instead of 1 year experiences having diploma etc.
