See your application reached there on 17th July, Now a days CIC is processing applications of that duration only. and than application sent back by canada post local so it takes 2-3 months max.
thus wait for 2-3 months

As i said i havent heard from them till now. they might refuse my application if the cap is filled right? but the application has not been returned. they havent contacted me in any way.
What am i supposed to do now? prepare to reapply next year? Anybody has any idea when i might hear from them?

3. AOR : Acknowledgment of Receipt
4. NDVO: New Delhi Visa office
5. ECA : Educational Credential Assessment
6. DD : Demand Draft
7. CC : Credit Card
8. CPPO : Centralized Pilot Processing - Ottawa
9. GMCS : Global Case Management system (used by CIC for managing the Applications)
10. MR : Medical Request
11. PCC : Police Clearance certificate OR PVC : Police verification certificate

Yesterday i called to CIC. When they ask for uci number for 3 times than the call was transferred to one agent. I told that i have submitted my application on 25th june but didnt get anything from cic. He told that i must contact CIO for that and took my email address to forward the website of CIO. How could I get my UCI number from Phone??
Please tell the procedure to det uci number... please.........

keep on calling untill u got uci from call centre......people are getting like this only
