Yup I confirmed with my agent and she said all goes to Sydney NS and than it goes to specific office.

Your agent is right but in the application form you shouldnt write Sydney NS as your visa office rather the visa office your application will go to after getting PER....

Guys, I need your advice on this;

After sending my application and my file was received on May 29th, 2013, I traveled somewhere and will probably travel more. So, now my passport includes one Schengen Visa and some stamps, other than the ones on the notarized copies, I sent during my application in May 2013.

Are these the changes, I should notify the LVO? Should I fill a new updated Travel History form and have my passport notarized copied and send them to my LVO?

My file is in LVO, Warsaw Visa Office right now.

My status just says, “We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2013.”

Thanks in advance..;)

When your local VO ask you to provide some docs then only you give them your updated info as per their request.

Hello Friends,

I am in little dilemma here as lot of other applicant I am sure but just trying to get little idea about my situation and if any body is in same situation and have any feedback for me.

Below are my details:

Category........: FSW1
Visa Office......: Sydney NS
NOC Code......: 2147
App. Filed.......: 07-May-2013
Return Application Date: 27-July-2013
Reason for return>>>:1) Lack of Experience letter 2) Lack of Birth Certificate of wife (Both document were there, resend with highlighted/marked and Resubmit on Date: 13-Sep-2013)
No reposne after that.

Since CAP is reached for this category does it mean I will receive it back again everything and consider case is close for me?
Thanks in Advance for any feedback.

Since the cap has been reached in NOC 2147, your application will be returned to you. :(

it's better to inform them about your travelling. if your VO does not ask you for any additional documents and your case is successfully finalized, VO will definitely ask you for your passports, they will see the visa stamped on it and this may lead to the delay in processing or can put you in trouble.

I got AOR from them. It says;

If your circumstances change you have to let us know (see address, fax number and email address below).

More particularly, we want to know about a:

· Change in family composition including new born, divorce, marriage etc.
· Change of address, including change of e-mail address;
· Change of immigration representative;
· Request for withdrawal of your application;
· For Skilled workers only: Submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources Development Canada.

In this case, to me, no need to send any documents for any change in travel history. But my passport contains one more visa (Schengen). That's making me worry... ???

To be on a safer side, you can float one Case specific enquiry to your local vo then wait for their reply and act accordingly as per their reply.

slowokan, it's not bad to inform them, just fill the form and send it via courier. thats it. it's not a big deal. but first do inform them by email. there is no harm in it.

My biggest disadvantage, different than usual people, is I work at sea. I will be joining a tanker in mid December.

Communication with the visa office through email is snail speed. To be on the safe side, I will probably send the updated docs, before getting response from them.

I hope they will not require medical check when I am onboard. I will be onboard from mid December to end of March... ???

how come we know whether wes package is basic or fsw.....?

is that mention anywhere?
My advice is to order the duplicate copy immediately, so not to delay your PER. then you can sort it out with WES later on. in my case WES made a mistake and double charged me, I paid what they asked for to get the report released and then got the refund later.

Thank you very much for all your kind and valuable advice, rawdah and luqi... ;)

I will send them updated. No good to leave it on chance.
