Do not rely on consultants comments...they are idiots...
u please submit them...LVO is a SLOWWW VO....by waiting for their request you are delaying ur case more..send them asap...

I agree not to rely on consultants. I went through a consultant (an expensive one) but during the course of application preparation I released that I had more updated information than him. Then I decided to apply on my own and considered the initial payment as sunk cost.

Anyways you should definitely send documents and update your file, as it will save you from future delays. The same was confirmed by LVO, as I wrote in one of my previous posts.

I think you need to worry less at this time my friend. I noticed your payment method is DD. This I have observed takes time to show if the money has been charged or not,unlike CC. Relax your mind. I am positive you will get your PER.

Did you applied through a consultant or filled it your self?

GCMS is short for 'Global Case Management System', and is a newer computer system that CIC is using to process visa applications, and hold all the information on the current status of every immigration application. For details kindly refer to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/pia/global-phase2.asp

Regarding the procedure to apply, kindly refer to http://www.gcmsfile.com/faq.html . I believe Maria or Jiggzy can guide you further as they have already applied for it.
