Can anyone help me with the no. of global applications received against NOC-2243 as of date?
I am planning to apply by end of this month... waiting for my IELTS results...
What are my chances to be in CAP ?

Can you pls confirm for address change or renewed passport documents update, applicant should send a photocopies to LVO mailing mailing address? Or email to LVO would be enough for updates.

I sent photocopies of my kids passport en PCC by post.

BUT....take care of most updated forms ... don't send old ones..

On 18th October they reviewed application belonging to 12th July and by this time CAP as reached. which means even 13th July NOC 0211 forum applicant is the last one to be charged within the CAP

Thanks for clarification. Will they keep history even when they return case with or without processing? Also, what should I do now? Is there any chance this year or I have to wait for next year? What willbe the policies and categories next year? Any idea?

I curse for not getting here before applying. I would have certainly skipped.

Congratulations to all who have received PER and AOR. I hope we all get medical request soon and thereby reach to our final destination at the earliest.

I just need to know one thing.
After receiving PER and AOR, what are the chances that they will reject our application on the basis of ineligibility. ?

IF they find any update on documents for ex :- finances, PCC , Employment letter. Do they give you time to resubmit them or simply reject it by sending an email. ?

And can FSW 2013 applicants expect medical request in Nov and if not , then by when can we expect. Any idea ?

I will be really grateful if anyone can answer my query.

Samad wait till next year if they announce 0211 next year as well and I think they will give you UCI number and keep record of your application in database. Wish you better luck next time.

did u get reply from cic.becoz my frend 25 jun applicant got reply from cio about hia app return on 5 sep.

As per my understanding all updated documents (original or photocopies, as mentioned in application document checklist) should be sent to LVO at the following mailing address. I am sending updated passports at this address, as I live in UAE and my resident visa has been updated.

Hello, What do people on forum think are chances for applications sent in October under NOC which are almost at 200 now (2131, 2132, 3142)...Huh

Assuming July 3rd week or July end are getting PER now (which is 2.5 -2.75 months from quota start, 4th May) and definitely there should be some time between appl approved and PER been sent (say 5 working days).. my vague assumption is until July end are already processed and should be getting PER very soon if not already got.

With that calc, in another 2 months of July application sent date (which is Sept end) these NOC's should hit the cap. So does it leave some room for Oct applications.

What do u people think?

If yes, you should claim for a full refund and also let us know the name of the consultant.

Your friend applied for which NOC? do CIC gave any reason for returning the application?
