Hi,

Please update.....

My application came back...... reason Do not have mother and father name in birth proof ( school leaving in my case)

I already have birth certificate ready by now is it worth re-applying in 2132 now ??? Will i make it to come un cap if i apply tomorrow??? It will reach canada by 23rd oct.

Pls answer

Very unfortunate thing to happen buddy. Cap might filled by August only. Have a look at other immigration options like AUS, NZ, Denmark etc. All the Best :)

NDVO works enthusiastically for two days and then sleeps for 5 days. They have 5 day weekend. ;D ;D ;D

Dude, you should immediately call CIC and check for the status. Try and get UCI/Application number. There may be two outcomes -

1. Your file is rejected and is on the way back to India (your consultant)
2. The emails from CIC to you (or your consultant) is going to spam if correctly mentioned.

Call CIC & get the exact reason..

I believe it is because of Strike action & backlog at NDVO; however NDVO is on full swing now a days. My cousin got visitor visa after strike action and AOR rain is applicable evidence for FSW.

Patience is the key.. :)

Thanks buddy... ;D any updates from NDVO...??? Was going through the spreadsheet of 2011 ... the average time I saw between the AOR and the MR was max two and a half months... but this year seems to be tough :( ... though the opening was too grand for FSW2013... ::) but the things have become quite slow... what to expect... ???

I second the though with swordfish.. For me, there is no background check happened till date (though I wouldn't want that to happen not because there is anything fake I provided in my file but purely because it will delay the process further).

I don't think they check everybody's background..they do it when the info you provide make it worth to check...

Hi everyone,

What a pleasant surprise from CPPO!
Today being "Thanks Giving Day" in Canada, I was not expecting any news from them.

My ECAS has changed from "IN PROCESS" to "DECISION MADE" today,
and found two additional lines had showed up.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 8, 2013.

2. We started processing your application on September 6, 2013.

3. Medical results have been received.

4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
Congratulations Chinook :) it's great to see you're almost done in less than 6 months....

Guys!! Do we have anyone here from NOC 2145
