No PER received yet. I had sent an inquiry about status to CIO on 4 Sept. And they replied after 26 days saying my file was awaiting a review by an officer. The email had my UCI and File number mentioned though

Application fee only. I did not send RPRf fee nor did they request it nor any medicals

I checked from google sheet...no PER yet for you. Oh how is it possible that they started processing your application without PER ans also in CIO.... strange case...

1.) As I understand, there will be no communication from CIC before PER (I have paid by DD), so how can I track my application on ECAS? There is nothing that I have as of now, will I at least receive a File number or something to track?

WAIT FOR 2-3 MONTHS CIC PROCESSING JULY 2ND WEEK APPLICANTS

2.) If something minor is missing in my application, will my application be sent back and even in that case will I be informed some how?
NO INTIMATION IT WILL BE RETURNED BACK

3.) How can I update my details on this web-site and get them added to the spread-sheet.

You gave IELTS today? I dont mean to disappoint you but its too late to apply for noc 2132. already 180 processed out of 300 till July 1st week. 300 might reach by August ending.

You need to your job responsibilities, working hour, your current salary on company letter head which issued by HR

I agree with crazymaple statement. Its very late to apply under 2132. But just give a try if you are ready with WES, IELTS and docs.

Hi Everyone
Just saw my Ecas today. It says:
1. We received your app on 6 June
2. We started processing your app on 9 Oct
3. A decision has been made. We will contact you with details.

Only my fees was deducted on 20 Aug. No medicals etc yet.

I guess this means a refusal. I am still traveling and will update forum when details arrive.

Damn.. a Decision Made before Medicals is a straight away rejection :-\ Wait for the communication.

How do you know they are processing July applications yet, are you guessing by spreadsheet PER received dates?

Hmmmm...likely u didn't receive ur PER due to some error or in ur email or during sending an email from CIO
CIO didn't reject an app. This is LVO
