Hi Guys,

Has anyone got their DD or CC charged for NOC 2147 beyond 4th July.
Is it fair in assuming that no applications beyond 4th July will be under the cap for NOC 2147.

Any updates ??

yes normally they do not issue duplicate TRF to applicants. but they have a policy data protection act, it's actually a law. you can tell them that i'll sue you through court, i did the same, first they said we dont issue extra TRF at any cost. but when i told them that you have the policy the representative seemed to help me and transferred my call to a senior guy, then he said we need proof where did you send your original ielts, in this case you application check list will work and they will issue you an extra TRF. in Uk they issue it at 10 GBP. try this hope it will work for you as it worked for me.

@Freebird do you speak Russian? I can send you where and when to get your police certificate in Russian. The addresses are different for Moscowvites, Moscow region and other cities.

its good to see that some people have received their AOR's from NDVO. so finally NDVO is back to work. but wot about the people who havent got their AOR between 22 may and 31 may. why is NDVO issuing AORS for the applicants from 4th june? why did they skip the end of may applicants? any guesses......

Congrats DD2211... as per timelines.. my AOR should come in a day or two..
PER received date for me is 12th Aug..
Hoping something today.. NDVO issued 4 AORs yesterday..
