Did someone experience the same. I called cic to check my application status via the telephone service but the call gets diverted to the cic agent for help. The call center service does not have the record for my application. The cic agent says they can not access any one's file online to see it's status.
I checked my application status using ecas, also. There it is shown that, "Your application was received on XX-XX-2013".
Is it normal for cic to remove your record from telephone service, once your file is transfered to local VO? I have already received PER and my ecas status is "In process", please help i am confused.
