Following the slow tracking from yardie's timeline, those with 10th July application dates should in theory have the fee cashed on 7th Oct, and the PER granted around 11th Oct.
But with the Thanksgiving weekend coming, you might want to add a week to those dates.
I am 15th July so if they keep up with this speed, it'll be November before I see the PER

Congrats Niiii, great that you have cleared the first obstacle on the journey to Canada.

What you can do more is call CIC to get your UCI / Status. Then after getting UCI you can check your status on ECAS, If the status says IN PROCESS then it is most likely (not guaranteed) you will receive PER email.

i call them 3 times but they told that i will need to send an email to cic sydney, nova scotia, i have sent the email two week back and awaiting reply on the same.

I got a reply on status update request from CIC (after 19 working days) that didn't I receive the mail sent to me on 30th September? And that my file is no longer with them and I should contact Accra for further enquries.

I believe I can take this as my AOR since Accra does not send AOR but MR.

munirask, you certainly have a point, but, in my case, i am extremely irritated because the new law they have passed, which we all were waiting for, is so strict and they obligated to finish fsw2013 program in one year! the new law has narrowed down the number of people who can apply, and therefore, we were (well, at least i am!) expecting them to keep their word (and act within the legal boundaries they have set themselves!).
hopefully, everyone in this forum and in this process in general, will get their turn asap! happy waiting!

Don't believe everything: for MI-3, a processing time between 6 and 12 months (with reduced caps compared to MI-2) was promised, too - look at my timeline :

Hi guys I'm back after a long gym....one of my friends from fsw 2010 got their visa stamped they hav to land by dec as their MR expires by dec....

Now I have a question when I applied for fsw 2013 I was working at Riyadh, KSA but currently shifting to a new job in Jeddah.... Do I take my PCC from ryd n later Jeddah or only from Jeddah....please clarify
