Generally, does CIC mentioned when a particular NOC cap is filled with date in the email/letter incase application is returned due to cap being filled.
Can any one post CIC letter stating cap filled for example 2174, when it was filled etc

Thank you Javiya. You had been very kind in clarifying my doubt.

Having said so, I'll wait for VO to get to me first; be it in the form of MR or request for additional information/interview if ever, may be then I can tell them of changes that has occurred since the submission of initial application. My wife has changed her job recently, so I also believe it is not part of 'personal circumstance' and need not be updated any sooner to VO.

Would you mind letting me know your consultancy firm?

As I had shared earlier that my application received by CIC on 11 jun2013 was sent back by CIC on 19 Aug 2013.
stating "main duties for NOC" not clearly mentioned on exp letter .

I received my application packet back on Sat , 5th OCT .

After prompt help from Anjali ,Varun ,munira , Abhi and LAMIA Lot of running around since last 2 days .
I have RE-SENT (went to Fedex collection centre ) the application 2 hrs ago .

admins I shall update the forum once the app is received by CIC
date sent 08th oct 2013
my points have increased from 71 to 73 as my current work ex is 6yrs and 2 months

PPL please wish me luck and pray for my application reaching before CAP is reached for NOC 3142 .

When were you aware that your application was returned? you called CIC ? and are you able to see anything under ECAs?
