Why do you think so? I'm the third one in our spreadsheet and no update yet. Maybe in the next update they understand their mistake and cap goes to 3!

I didnt get any response from anyone but my friend sent an updated generic form at a later stage as he came to know that generic form has been updated. This could be the reason of opening his file to attach the updated generic form to his earlier recieved application

Does it mean they started processing 12 th August application for NOC 2132?

I just chat with my friend who applied for US PCC and he is in usa right now.
he said that there wont be any signature,and the content what is written is correct. he said it is written because the intention of issuing pcc is not for any employment in such as security firm or for defence ext..the content is abs right and you need not to worry.
this is the info i got from him,but i suggest you double check for more details.

Friends, I am little relieved now. I received an email from CIC-Sydney with my application and UCI no. It also mentioned "your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 4, 2013. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office."

Is this PER??

Application received date: 3 Jul
CC got charged a few days ago... (I don't know exactly :
First step and the most important step which was filling in Cap limit is passed, and I am eagerly waiting for next steps to happen... AOR, MR, PPR...

Many thanks to forum admins (Jigzyy, Islandbabe, Vats...) and specially my samilar NOC friends (Rawdah, Maina...) for their kind replies helping other applicants...

Yes Maina, both are today. Just got email from CIC-Sydney 2 hours before. The email also mentioned that they had initiated the payment of processing fee in the credit card. I also see it online under the transaction activity(Pending status) on my credit card.
