Just an offer letter does nothing

Your employer in Canada who is offering you the job should apply for an LMO which as for now it takes around 4-7 months time.

Still no update from NDVO, maina gave make ndvo number today I tried to call them but the opertor is saying u can contact us bye e-mail or fax

That's not correct. The additional family document must list all family members regardless of whether you plan to sponsor them or not. Failing to list all of your family members can result in a finding of misrepresentation (if CIC finds out), a refusal of the application and a two year ban from entering/applying to Canada for lying on the application. All family members must be listed. If you are unsure of certain details (e.g. date of birth) then write on the application "unknown".

The additional family document is to be printed in two copies ... One to be filled and signed by you and the other to be filled and signed by your spouse.
