Can I exclude my brother or sister in IMM5406E additional family information document ??

I don’t have much information about my half sister , so i didn’t include her name in additional family information document at least. because , i dont need them to add to my application and i don’t have any plan to sponsor them later stage.
However ,later l got to know that , one of my brother who applied to PR VISA ( for a state nomination not my category FSW) mentioned about her name in his application ,,
SO , i really confused and frustrated about it, because if they cross check my brother’s and my application they will identified that there is missing information in my application.
should I need to inform them ??
should i wait until my application receive to my local embassy ??

Please advice …

dear ishantha,
the additional family document is solely for the purpose of canada having the info of your siblings for the future reference, ONLY IN CASE your siblings decide to immigrate. if you add them on your ad family document, they can claim points, if you don't - they cannot. it is not proof of having siblings or not, or if you stated the same info as your other brothers and sisters... so it's completely up to you! if you want to make sure they can have more point sometime in the future, if they decide to come to canada (based on having immediate relative, in your case you, the brother) you should add them, otherwise, don't stress about it. you don't have to name them at all. hope this clarified things.

I've asked this question before but seems like nobody answers....
How does VO inform about Medical Request? Via email, snail mail or phone call...??
Pls, somebody answer :)

That's not correct. The additional family document must list all family members regardless of whether you plan to sponsor them or not. Failing to list all of your family members can result in a finding of misrepresentation (if CIC finds out), a refusal of the application and a two year ban from entering/applying to Canada for lying on the application. All family members must be listed. If you are unsure of certain details (e.g. date of birth) then write on the application "unknown".

Wonder if we will hear of any MR this week from LVO ...

Can anyone please help in getting/providing the details of consultants who can provide Job Offer as my application is going to be returned due to Cap reach for 2174..

OK.. Thanks for the response.. I will try to get in touch with David Cohen or others... Now my question is if any consultant has provided me the job offer and I get the PR for Canada then can I work with any other consultant or company or I will have to work with same consultant who has provided the job offer to me..

Thanks

Kunal999, Your status for PCC indicated "No" on the FSWP Spreadsheet. Did CIC ask you to submit that or not?

A lot of action is happening from NDVO for 2010 applicants.
See this thread:

Well, I can say that they are busy fulfilling 2010's applicants. Wonder what comes next? 2011,2012 and then 2013? ??? :'(

Hi All,

My Application reached CIO Sydney on June 20 , 2013. I have not recieved any intimation about anything yet. people who sent application in July, have recieved rejection or acception (PER) emails. Cap is already 290 right now .

What could be the reason ? How can i check with CIO about this ?

Kindly suggest and wish me luck !!!
