Hi Guys,

I go a reply for the gcms notes which my brother requested from canada.
its a 36 page document. cio in sydney awarded us 74 points...(only 11 points for work experience as our previous work experience letters were not in correct required format)

our file was received and updated in system in London Visa office on 19-Aug.
Last activity update on file was on 29-Aug. GCMS notes were created on 4-Sep.

As per above information, we can believe that london visa office is not sitting idle but applications are in process. Your file is updated on 19th and they again access it on 29th. Wish you very good Luck for your case.. May you receive soon not only MR but PR as well.

Hello everyone!

I'm an aspiring applicant for FSW2013 NOC2147. I sent my documents around 2nd week of July, credit card got charged by Sept 26, and I got the email with my UCI and "your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed" last Sept 27. Yihaaaa! What does this mean? Am I in? Hahaha!

Right now, I'm so thankful, overwhelmed, and happy. A part of me is also confuse and tense because I don't know what to do next. So it's mixed emotions.

but surprising thing is you got PER keeping in view there are atleast 8-10 ppl from our sheet and maybe 30-40 ppl globally who were skipped and you got it.

i believe one should not inform untill and unless this has been asked by the visa officer !!!

to be on the safe side you must inform them. otherwise they dont track your travelling records but in future if they ask you your passport and you have visa stamped on it, this might put you in trouble.

This is valid point. but in PER email, they have not asked to sent the updated travelling form in case of further travelling or do they asked ???

no they do not ask in PER. But the do tell in AOR email.

there are severals in this forum. you can search it out. LVO dont send AOR, they call directly for medical.
