The 2147 applicants from 2nd and 3th July were charged and PER-ed one by one.... and after that we see a gap of 11 days 'till the next enchased... May all 2147 applicants 'till 15th July be enchased and PER-ed next days...

There are 8 applicants 2147 in the spreadsheet between 4th July and 15th July... None of them received anything from CIC and in the official update there are only 10 places free... How come?

By the way, what does ECAS, PP, PPC, PER, and other "shortcut" means?

yes you now have to wait for the AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) and Medical call from you VO (Visa office). PER means positive Eligibility Report , ECAS is an online system where you can check the status of your application online, after getting your UCI number. here is the ECAS Link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en

I got my UCI and Application # in their email last Sept 27. I tried the link above and they can't find anything under my UCI/Application number. Is this a problem or mistake???

My take is that if we look at the present CAP update of 143 then it took just under 5 months to get these 143 applications, which includes the initial rush for FSWP 2013 after the pause. So, i think the chances are still there (though not super bright!!).The initial May June rush should have subsided by now. Also that 20 odd applications per week is more because of apparent lack of action at 3142 in the initial days.

My suggestion : Send your application. Risk vs reward ratio is good, if not great .

Thanks for the advice, I will be sending my application. However, the 143 applications took about two months approximately May and June to reach that figure. My guess is that there may be approximately that figure in the queue already irrespective of earlier rush. Like you said, now that CIC is giving attention and processing more of 3142 may also support the assumption.. thanks for the encouragement.

You should definitely sent the application, because the 3142 is the only NOC which was in demand before the pause (ie FSW 2011) and also in FSW 2013. Son there was initial rush in this NOC due to the persons waiting after the pause and now it will move slowly a per my personal view

I go a reply for the gcms notes which my brother requested from canada.
its a 36 page document. cio in sydney awarded us 74 points...(only 11 points for work experience as our previous work experience letters were not in correct required format)

our file was received and updated in system in London Visa office on 19-Aug.
Last activity update on file was on 29-Aug. GCMS notes were created on 4-Sep.

Well....we filled and signed one form (me and husband separately) available on their website giving consent to brother for having access to our information.

then the person in canada has to e-mail it to them along with the signed forms...please check website for details....
