Same situation in my case...
Just an opinion: CIC focused most of his resources to speed up processing NOC 2147 and reach cap; other NOCs were left behind or speedprocess was significantly reduced...
I hope next week will bring the expected news for all July 1st week applicants.

I am a 4th of July applicant and still waiting. I dont think CIC have charged NOC 0211 after 2nd July...............Dont know how to link no cc charge/No PER issued versus increase in CAP. The only thing I can think as of now, there may be a change in work procedure within CIC which somehow states that clear all June backlogs and simultaneoulsy only assess the July onwards applications and stack them, but dont charge policy............................Other than this the whole no charge business doesnt make any sense.

Hi,

Just a update for 2132, i am 21 June applicant and my CC is not yet charged. i called up CIC and finally i got my Client ID no yesterday. Most probably they will start working back from Monday as they are returning back from strike action.

Lets hope 2132 will pick up from that time.

Just waiting for good news to arrive. Hope for the best.

Dear

This is wholly solly my observation

As per my opinion, Around 8-10 persons (may be less or more) of CIC checks the files of FSW at initial stage. As soon as the CIC got the application file they allot a number to the file and they are picking up the file as per the numbering mentioned on it. In some file there is simple paper and the user remains at single address and had not visited abroad, however in some cases the file is complex, the applicant has visited number of countries, and had worked for 2-3 employers for different period. In the above manner a person dealing a simple file complete it much earlier than the complex file and in that manner, if 3rd July applicant received PER prior to 1st July or June applicant, it means his / her file is not complex and CIC people have not done much study on that as compare to 1st July / June applicant file .

GUYS NEED SOME SUGGESTION

For NOC 0211, CAP update on 18th Sept showed 190. According to spreadsheet 26th June applicant got PER on 17th Sept. So applicants till 26th June were in CAP update.

Afterwards CAP update on 23rd Sept shows 198. 2nd July applicant from spreadsheet (Champ) got charged just before CAP update on 23rd Sept. So he might be included in the update or CAP update might be till 28th June as CIC was not working from 29th June till 1st July.

Now on 27th Sept CAP update is showing 217. But from the spreadsheet only one member got PER (2nd July) who was charged on 23th Sept. There is one more 2nd July applicant and 4 3rd, 4th July applicants but no update from their side.

So does it mean CIC received 19 applications for NOC 0211 on 2nd July or other members are not updating.

Till which date is the latest CAP update? Any idea?

Thanks

Dear

You are 26th Sep., applicant

as per your calculation, the cap reached in the end of August, 2013

Dear MLT3211.

Thanks for the reply.I have a quick question if you dont mind.

Present applications received towards 2132 is 169 at the end of Sept.

From previous comments, it obvious that applications for 2132 for July are considered.

So which means 60-70 applications considered every month for 2132.

169 +70=For month of July=169+70=239

240+ 70 appl August= 310 Applications

So there is a slight chance that my applications could be considered right?

Thanks

Rahul,

My friend who is a 4th July applicant for 2132, got charged yesterday. They are working definitely on 2132, other wise in the last CIC update, 2132 would not have increased by 20 odd in just 4days. So you just call them and get the status of your application.

All the best.

I'm not interested in arguing with this type of buzzers, but sometimes it's good to see how our good jobs make those fellows feel such sick.
Their annoyance gives us a good laugh as well as makes us believe in the outcome of our strong collaborations 8) 8)

What BS collaborations are you talking about ? ? get a life first !!! you have to qualify as a human first, and you don't as you discriminate your fellow human beings !!!

+1, Agreed

just want to ask a question about the point of work experience. if I worked 3 years as 2147, then worked 2years for 0211, and choose 0211 as my primary occupation. how many points in total i can get? only 2 years for 0211 or 2+3=5 years for all of my work experience?

Lisdon,

I can imagine the efforts that you must have put in to get your application in order. Trust me I have gone through the same; only that my luck has just turned out to ......................................

Mav,

That is very nice of you. I just hope Lisdon takes your advice.

if we go by the speed at which CIC is processing 211 i think its cap should be reached by 25 july. If we go as per the spreadsheet entries 211 cap might extend till 5th august. i really hope all our forum members fall in the cap .
this is just my observation :)

Does FSWP starts in May every year? I have read from CIC website that there will be EOI by end of year 2014. Does it means next year they will not start from May?
