Its valid for 1 year, the same is also mentioned in CIC website

I want to know on what calculation many of the members drawing to a conclusion that a particular code is cap full;For example,in the beginning many of you posted that 1112 NOC is full by May10th itself;Later on extended till May 20th,Finally concluded that it must be till May end;Now if thats the case how come Raj's file,10th June,1112 guy,has been sent back for some missing doc?On what basis can we judge that the CAP is full by May end???The same logic with 2174 and 2147.There is no logic behind any conclusion.Also if the CAP is full by May end and all those applicants received PER/DD encashed confirmation is there no chance of getting rejected at a later stage?In that case from where shall CIC pick the applicants?I somehow feel June and July initial applicants need not loose hope;They still have chances.All the Best to all of you.

Thanks for the reply.I have a quick question if you dont mind.

Present applications received towards 2132 is 169 at the end of Sept.

From previous comments, it obvious that applications for 2132 for July are considered.

So which means 60-70 applications considered every month for 2132.

169 +70=For month of July=169+70=239

240+ 70 appl August= 310 Applications

So there is a slight chance that my applications could be considered right?

For NOC 0211, CAP update on 18th Sept showed 190. According to spreadsheet 26th June applicant got PER on 17th Sept. So applicants till 26th June were in CAP update.

Afterwards CAP update on 23rd Sept shows 198. 2nd July applicant from spreadsheet (Champ) got charged just before CAP update on 23rd Sept. So he might be included in the update or CAP update might be till 28th June as CIC was not working from 29th June till 1st July.

Now on 27th Sept CAP update is showing 217. But from the spreadsheet only one member got PER (2nd July) who was charged on 23th Sept. There is one more 2nd July applicant and 4 3rd, 4th July applicants but no update from their side.

So does it mean CIC received 19 applications for NOC 0211 on 2nd July or other members are not updating.

Till which date is the latest CAP update? Any idea?

1. The two hot NOC's (1112 and 2174) reached their caps by end May. This is our assumption based on the information shared by users, and as stated many times by the seniors in this forum, our spreadsheet represents 20% - 30% of the global applicants only. So our calculation is not error free as is based on a sample population.

2. CIO performs completeness check of applications prior to allocating them spaces in the Caps. So Raj's file was refused due to missing documents rather than lack of space in the cap. 3. June and July applicants in those two NOC's must have been charged for their application processing fee by now. So based on the available data from contributors in this forum AGAIN, these applicants must be prepared to receive their packages.

I am a 4th of July applicant and still waiting. I dont think CIC have charged NOC 0211 after 2nd July...............Dont know how to link no cc charge/No PER issued versus increase in CAP. The only thing I can think as of now, there may be a change in work procedure within CIC which somehow states that clear all June backlogs and simultaneoulsy only assess the July onwards applications and stack them, but dont charge policy............................Other than this the whole no charge business doesnt make any sense.

Its over!!! unfortunately, i am a 19th aug. 2147 applicant. i struggled a lot to get all my docs. reappeared IELTS due to low scores...
But all my hardwork and prayers are shattered.
will take ages for me recover from this worst ever situation faced by me in my entire life.

I can imagine the efforts that you must have put in to get your application in order. Trust me I have gone through the same; only that my luck has just turned out to be better than yours!

But I object to the way you are combating the situation. In this forum itself, you would come across individuals who are trying since past three years for a chance at better quality of life; better opportunities and ultimately a better future for them and their families.

Now here are your options:
1) Try early next year in April when the EOI (Expression of Interest) model is launched by Canadian Immigration.

2) Try for Australian PR. Believe me you have most of your documents ready because of your application for Canadian PR. Re-use the same.

Keep the faith buddy.....its darkest before dawn !! I could have written a PM to you but I wanted to write this in the open forum since there are other individuals like you....

Lastly........never....EVER give up !!

Latest CAP update is till 4th or 5th July 2013.

The increase in CIC cap for 0211, has come from applicants who are not part of the forum. The way 0211 is growing, i feel that by 20th JUly applicants it will be all over. 80% of the applicants for 0211 who are getting PER are coming from outside the forum. July has just started, so there will be many more applicants for 0211 who are outside the forum.
