Friends, I need some suggestions from you. I am feeling very sad and depressed and here's why.

I had sent my application(NOC 2147) to CIC-Syndey on June 26th through USPS(United States Postal Service) and it was delivered to them on July 4th(as per the USPS website). After 10 weeks, I sent an email to CIC-Sydney to check the status of my application and to get the Application ID. I got a response from them 25 days(4 days before) later stating that they did not receive any application with my details on it.

Now I am confused and tensed. I called USPS and they told that the package has been delivered. I asked them about "proof of delivery" and they informed that "Canada Post" delivered on their behalf in that address. I still asked USPS to start an enquiry about it and get the Proof of Delivery from Canada Post. I also checked in the Canada post website and the package is showing delivered and signed by a person "Mike K" but there is no copy of the signed document.

I sent an email to CIC-Sydney yesterday with my tracking no. and the screenshot of the shipping activity from "Canada Post" website showing that it was delivered on July 4th. I am not expecting any response from them before 20-25 days(their usual pathetic response time). By that time, the NOC 2147 will reach the cap. I have also tried calling the CIC customer support no. 1-888-242-2100 and they are saying that I will need to wait for their email response.

Now, I don't know what to do and where to go? I have put so much of time, money and effort of this application just like everyone else and it all looks like going into the drain.

Your advice will be very much appreciated.

Am referring to noc 2147

oh sorry...does it mean they finished their focus on 2147 and now moving to other NOCs...may be 0211 will be the next to pick speed

its been 70 days i got AOR from NDVO.

NDVO plz plz plz ..... wake up...

My goodness...It's been so long.

For 0211 - My PER receipt date was 16th Aug. I haven't received AOR from NDVO.
Not sure when will my turn be....
NDVO...Pls wake up.

Regarding Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3) form filling
please tell what i will write in each ?
and for which category proof is required if i ll mention any amount in that .please advise:

a ) Assets


b) Liabilities

c) Total funds available for settlement in Canada

Firstly, I am a newbie for you all but I have been following this forum for quite sometime now. Great job and great team work !!

I was also hanging in NOC 2147 just like few of my other friends here. My wife has actually applied in this category and she is a July 4th applicant.

I just want to share with all of forumites that her CC has been charged abt 1.5 hrs back. Though I never gave her details all this while on the spread sheet but I thought it is morally my responsibility to inform you all so that the assumptions and calculations can go more precise and also to create some positive vibes regarding things getting moved in 2147 for today

Few Details:

Application Date: July 4th
NOC: 2147
Visa Office: New Delhi
CC Charged: 26th September
Next waiting for PER mail !!

One interesting thing that I would like to share here. My wife had told to the CC guys umpteen number of times for a CIC transaction. Luckily the system was in place and the transaction went ahead. But after ~1hr of CC sms, she actually got a call from Canada. The lady on the other side just asked my wife whether she is using this card or not. It was strange for us and also a bit surprize but the good thing is she said yes and the lady on the other end also sounded satisfied This is how my wife came to know that her CC was charged as she never checked that sms in the first place

File was returned on 24th September
Reason- Photos were missing in application packet, Which I am sure they have lost while opening my packet

Well i would suggest you to try calling CIC to get any update on your application. As you have sent another email already so in my opinion the options are to call them and/or wait for their email. Good luck

But CIC is saying that they have not received any application from me, This is the email I received from them 2 days before. Since they are already charging for July 3rd and 4th now and it does take few days to review the application first(I guess), I am not sure why they are not able to find my application. I am getting worried now.

I can find no record of our office having received your submission as of yet. Can you confirm the mode of delivery and if by courier supply the tracking number?

you will receive your AOR once they start sending again.
as per my knowledge they have sent AOR till 24th may applicant.

this waiting game turns into frustration now.

Hello, My application was receive on 23rd May 2013 for 0211 and i receiver first acknowledgement on 7th August 2013.
No emails/ message I have received so far... what shall I expect????

About NOC, You are correct, even I feel that NOC does play a pivotal role in processing. I have read in another forum that Architects got visa within 7 months.
