If ur application is complete and good so u will be in Cap Inshaallah .. ur chances are very good as they are currently working on the 1st week of July specifically on days 3,4 july .. so may catch the last 10 or 15 positions in the cap but I guess u r in .. u'll get good news in the coming few days .. so relax this time u'll get it ISA ;D ;D ;D

We can expect a minimum of 80% just like the spreadsheet. i.e. those shown in the spreadsheet represent a maximum of 20% of the total readers. The rest will be unregistered silent.

But I can see one applicant in the spreadsheet who has applied with this NOC.
lbaik (PhD Stream) 0213 CPP-O 6/7/2013 111 79 15 3.5 7 79 No No No MSc Software Engineer

He's applying under PhD stream with a job offer under 0213.. They don't have to be under any NOC.
