looking at the spreadsheet from Monday till Wednesday only 2nd and 3rd july applicants have got PER

I think since last 2 weeks the progress has been very slow. Just imagine for the last 15 days they have moved from 26th June to 3rd July. i.e totally 5 days only. Lets hope for the best..good thing was yesterday somebody posted their friend, a 4th July 2147 applicant got CC charged. So its just getting more and more tense for me. Hope I get my CC charged today and successfully get the PER tomorrow. I guess Hamouna is equally tensed as me today

I received my PER already but it is still with the consultant. PER recieved date: Sept. 22,2013. DD encashed-- I still don't have an idea. My ECAS status is "In process".

Hi friends,

Earlier this week there was a discussion going on regarding the proof of funds. Some said sudden deposit of large amount of funds should not be shown in your account as CIC may feel its a borrowed money.

Sharing my experience:- I showed 2 account in which me & my spouse are joint holder. Money was deposited in these account starting from the March (eg: around INR 3 to 4 L )

Rest I showed FD and PF statement.

One more point:- From May 2012 till Dec 2012 was I having INR 5L in these accounts. So from Dec' 12 to Mar' 13 I was having only INR 1.5 L.

So from my above statement this is clear that I have deposited big amount in small time, but I had money earlier in these accounts in 2012.

Hence, I have submitted my detailed bank statement from May 2012 to May 2013 to be on a safer side with Bank Certificate of account Balance.

I got PER & AOR just want to be sure does it make any effect on my file at VO? For forum information I am keeping all the amount in this account from then and will not withdraw.

Yes, NOC 2263 is very very specific profession. Around the world OHS and EHS professionals are performing some unique duties, but also a certain number of specific duties, depends of the country, region legislation etc.....

I wish luck to all of us and soon I will start sharing some things here on the forum regarding certification and networking in this field so we are prepared when we get PR to join Canadian labour market as a safety professionals faster.

5/6 of us on the same boat..I work as a Food Inspector with 2 years of UK work experience so totally in 3 food factories.I was late with the updated WES e-mail as well which I cleared yesterday.I called CIC yesterday and they also gave me my application number and stated that e-mail will be sent soon.Let's see what happens.Please pray for 2263!

I got an email from CIC today!!!!!!!!

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, we will need to review and verify your Education Credential Assessment (ECA) evaluation report by using WES's online service. To date, we have not been able to verify your report. WES has indicated that you did not use the approved CIC-FSWP application process on their website, and therefore they are unable to release any information to our office. Further, WES has notified our office that they sent an email to you on August 1, 2013, to inform you of this situation.

In order to allow CIC to process your application for permanent residence, please contact WES to request that your ECA report be made available to us. Please be advised that you may need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

WES is still cheating. Eventhough ordered for FSWP , CIC was kind enough to email me.! WES people havent sent any email to me, And all these days I was curious with what was happening in CIC?
Anyways now need to wait(months?????_) to see if the report is accessible to CIC or not!!!!!!!

I had the SAME problem but cleared it yesterday.Don't worry WES e-mailed me back,it should be possible within 48 hours.Please do not worry.Stay cool 2263.

There are 80% more sitting out of this forum, who may be getting PER's in these days.

If your file would have been rejected, they would told you
If your file would have been forwarded to VO, they would told you

So, be calm, they are still working on it,... why does it last so long? only they know, but look at our 2263 mate, Jpdentdoc, he's waiting for a while and he found just a day ago about his WES issue...

So, keep your faith and be strong!
