Hello everyone, m not regular in this forum but thought of informing u all that today I got reply from CIC that my application is returned coz of cap filled my NOC is 2174 and application reached there on 6th June .. Now will have to wait till next year

I dont think you will have any problems. 0211 Is just about 200. So you should easily scrapthrough.
I am out, as by July end itself, 0211 will be full. I am 29th Aug applicant.

How you think it will be filled by 29th Aug? Just to create panic or some calculation behind it

I am back with good news. Firstly my application was transffered to Kyiv VO on September 3
Secondly for those of you who might need to get an FBI certificate, please keep in mind that Canadian Embassy in your country might be able to perform fingerprint collection. You may contact your local embassy to find out ) . They are providing this service in Ukraine on Fridays at 9AM.

I read this somewhere in CIC instructions!!! But I couldn't find it! ???
You could work and travel anywhere in Canada regardless of what you stated as desired destination on your application form.
I'll keep looking for my source!

Anyway, Australia too has closed accepting any applications for skilled worker visas as of now.
So people have to wait till next year for Canada FSW programme to open, Only if it opens :

Australia has NOT stopped accepting permanent residence applications and you can apply under various subclasses listed in http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/.

Moreover, you can get a good wealth of information from http://www.expatforum.com/expats/australia-expat-forum-expats-living-australia/.

Dear friends,

I have received a Medical Request today from CPP-O. I have also received a request to pay the PR fee and to submit a new police certificate for one of the countries I lived in (Despite the fact that I have submitted all 3 with my application and they had approximately the same date). No request for 6 months bank account history for me but I have submitted 2-3 months of statements with my application.

I think I am starting to recover from my paranoia and I would like to share the occupation I applied under: 2113

I have a question. The email I received states:

The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this e-mail. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated above.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused.

Is this expected? Have other CPP-O applicants (Chinook, 1978bubun, Manishsb, JIGS11, Harvinder25) received the same? I hope to be able to obtain the new certificate from the UK within 30 days.

Spreadsheet represents only 20% (41)of applicants (NOC 0211) that got PER to the total applicants that got PER (198 as per CIC latest update). From Aug 21 to Sep 21, i.e in 1 month time, for NOC 0211, the increase was 126, i.e more than 4 applicatios per day. So going by the trends, and with only 104 spots left for NOC 0211, these will be filled in 104/4 =26 days. As on Sep 21, the last PER received in category 0211, was 28TH June applicant. So we should count 26 days after June 28, which is around 24th July. Giving some calculation error, it can go upto max 31st July applicants.

So, I dont think applicants like me who filed application in late August have any chance under NOC 0211, as it will be more or less filled by 31st July itself.

So there is no need to create panic, it is based on facts and past CIC trends

Guys EOI is different.. they are accepting applications for the list of occupations they have mentioned:

Just FYI.. i got my Australia PR in < 6 months this year..

As mentioned in my previous posts anyone requiring help in Australia PR do pm me..

why is NDVO not sending any AORs ....

Those subclasses (175/176/475/886/885/487) have been terminated and no more applications would be accepted.

Since 1 July 2012 Australia has introduced a new EOI bases system (SkillSelect) which accepts skilled workers immigrants applications in 3 subclasses (189/190/489).
