I sent the application with FEDEX. And they sent me an email after delivering the parcel. It was in PDF format and there was the name of receiving person. Also DHL does the same. Don't know about your courier...what is your courier...

I used DHL and this was my last update

Mine was DHL. Why I asked is for you to check the name of the person who received it and then that will help for you to be sure it was delivered especially if the name is same pple that have been receiving other pples applications like Dexter, Marghaty, DDD, etc. You could check the spreadsheet and see the names of people that received other applications.

If they updated the delivery status then like in ur case the name of the receiver will be shown so that will help him know it was successfully delivered to the right place.

Then it was delivered to the right place. Dexter also signed mine and that of many others. So you can worry about any other thing but not wether it was delivered or not.

Friends/Seniors - Need some advise here.

I have received MR today. If MR is cleared i should get a request for passports and then get the maple leaf stamp with in a month or two (approx). we are expecting a baby in the beginning of next year and i am assuming we will be in USA until the baby comes and then move to canada after few months. Whats the best possible way for the baby to get the PR? should i delay our medical or stamp until the baby arrives so that all medicals could be processed together? Or we can get the maple stamp on passport and then apply for baby PR? Does someone have similar experience. Please help.

Hey,
There are few ways, But I guess the one that is suitable is to inform visa officers / visa office on the expected delivery of your baby, may be via CSE. Then wait for an answer. It'll cut down re-medicals and stuff. Because, if you apply after getting visa, they'll call your passports again and will take more time.

Anahus and EmFor,

NOC 2263 is a very critical NOC, and everything should be very specific. Your referral letters should speak for your experience in Environment and Occupational Health and Safety. They should contain about the same duties as mentioned on the hrsdc website under NOC 2263.

Educational Qualifications dont matter. It is only your precise work experience that counts for qualifying under a particular NOC. So many applications are being rejected in 2263, but we cant be sure of the reason. Encashment of DD orCC does not guarantee that a PER will be issued.

In case in the stage 3 , eligibility stage, officer is not satisfied that your job duties match with those listed under 2263, he may reject the application.

Its a very very sensitive NOC, and one officer may differ from another with regard to matching of job duties.

So just pray, and hopefully you will get a positive response. Otherwise, both of you should give a call to CIC, as it has already got very late.
