my courier service delivery proof shows the Destination Service Area as HALIFAX,CANADA.but in CIC website address mentioned(I have written the same address on the package) is Sydney, NS,Canada.Are they the same.I am 2134 july 3rd applicant.when should expect CC charging.please pray for me.i really want to see my spreadsheet row greener and bluer.

Yes i sent my application with local currency (PKR) bank account and got PER last month.

I am having queries, kindly reply at the earliest. My brother has applied for the FSW 2013. His file reached there on dated 30-06-2013. Till date, no reply. Kindly send the email address of CIC from where we can take the status of our file. moreover, also suggest should I send them mail for my file also, as it reached there on dated 10-07-2013. I have mentioned that I will apply for Australian PR. But now since I have gone through the rules and fees structure for Australia, I am little skeptical about it.
Australia is a much more costlier than Canada in terms of PR and all.

Need a suggestion from admin and forum members that should I go for Australia or wait for Canada next year. Will there be a proposed changes in FSWP rules and eligible occupations list next year.

Is anyone there you has applied the second time for PR and have received positive response in this year cycle.

I have already received my UCI number for this year's application.

Canada is going to adopt its Federal Skilled Worker Program to an EOI system, similar to Australian's Skill Select.

Dear All

After reading the past posts i want to share with you guys about VO backlogs, My cousin applied for the FSW-2011, at that point of time there were huge number of backlogs of 2008, 2009, 2010 also but still he got his PR in 8 months after getting the PER and most of his friends also got PR within same time frame, so in my opinion backlogs has nothing to do with the processing of FSW-2013 but strike will definitely effect our timeline.

Dear friends,

I have received a Medical Request today from CPP-O. I have also received a request to pay the PR fee and to submit a new police certificate for one of the countries I lived in (Despite the fact that I have submitted all 3 with my application and they had approximately the same date). No request for 6 months bank account history for me but I have submitted 2-3 months of statements with my application.

I think I am starting to recover from my paranoia and I would like to share the occupation I applied under: 2113

I have a question. The email I received states:

The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this e-mail. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated above.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused.

Is this expected? Have other CPP-O applicants (Chinook, 1978bubun, Manishsb, JIGS11, Harvinder25) received the same? I hope to be able to obtain the new certificate from the UK within 30 days.

Hi Vertigoden...Congratulations. Do you remember what was the date on your PCC's as they are only valid for so long, I am not exactly sure if it is for one year or 6 months from date of issue. It will be good for all of us to keep this in mind. Please share your dates with us so we can expect what we may be facing. Thank you for your time. Good luck and cheers!!!!

Hi to all,

I am May 30 Applicant and ECAS Status has been "In Process" since 3rd week of August but have not received PER. I sent enquiry on 30 August and got a reply yesterday and it says:

"Good Day,

Be advised a letter was sent via email to the email address provided on your application. The file is currently with the visa office in London. As we no longer hold the file we cannot comment on its status."

PER received on 23 August 2013
DD encashed on 13 August 2013

Bit upset with my consultant because they missed the email but feel relieved.

Admin, please update my status in the Spreadsheet
