I don't think you need to, it says on the check list: Language test must not be older than 2 years upon date of receipt at CIO.. Since you have PER and submitted it to CIO before the 2 years, then you should be fine. But as the others said, only re-take if VO requests it.

Can someone give me information on work visas for Canada, do I need a job offer or? Some info on immigrating to Australia or New Zeland?

There is a web site called british expat.com, you can get lots of info about immigrating to Oz or NZ, read peoples stories on how they managed it, ask questions, etc. Although its mainly british users, there are other non british that use it, and you can still use the site to post questions or use the sources there. I find it very useful when getting my application for FSW

Exactly feeling the same way. Every day is becoming hell as there are too many changes at work. Leaving is not a great idea, coz I fear these guys would messup the background verification.

At least I am not alone. :)

For Canada visa
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who.asp
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

For Canada jobs - a start point
http://www.jobbank.gc.ca

For the other countries have a look at some other forums. There are a few I think.

Best of luck

Thank you so much. I will still wait for an answer from CIC and then look some of these options.

Also, for jobs, try workopolis.com, a popular job board in canada (like monster). I think one user here got a job offer from this site.

Since u have already received PER, there won't be any impact on your application.

Hi,

Don't worry, you have gone pretty far with your application since you have got your PER.

One's IELTS is still valid so long as your application gets to CIO in Nova Scotia before the expiry date. So don't panic, you are covered.

Good luck

I dont think so, you have to take IELTS again. Do it only if you VO asked for new IELTS result.

That's not correct. He does not need to take another IELTS if his will expire this December. In my own case, mine expired in July but my application was received on 24th of May and I have got my PER and will not take another IELTS. Once an application is received before the two year validity period of IELTS, then it's fine and if it wasn't, I would not have got my PER same as him, our applications would have been rejected based on that reason.

hey Guys , London VO is taking long to send AOR , if they are not supposed to then what is the next step :).....its been a bit too long after PER :'(

It is unlikely that LVO would send out AOR, this is not usually their style.

What we will be expecting is MR and CPP requests. Nonetheless, some applicants might be required to submit some additional documents as the case may be.
